Beautiful apartment in prime location

Beautiful and spacious apartment, tastefully restored in a prime location, just off the main square. So many bars and restaurants nearby, so it was easy to pop out to these. Nice modern bathroom with a good shower and 2 TVs (although only of the remotes worked).The underfloor heating system worked well so we were cosy and warm 24 hrs. The company provided a link to obtain the Trentino discount card which we used a lot: money off tickets for the castle and free local travel - a real bonus! We loved Trento itself too. Loads to see with friendly people. We will definitely return.

Be aware that there are a few issues to note. 1.The kitchen does not have any salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid, drying-up teatowels etc, so we had to go and buy the essentials. There is no draining board so we had to place a bathroom towel over the induction hob as a draining area! Two dishwasher tablets were left for our use but as there was not enough cutlery and crockery to last 5 days the dishwasher was not practical. 2. One bedside lamp did not work. I reported this on day one but nobody came with a light bulb. 3. Breakfast bar design does not allow space for legs so you have to sit sideways. 4. Extractor fan was ineffective so we had to open the window whilst cooking. As a suggestion it would be great to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the flat - there is plenty of spare wall space! The only mirror is the bathroom one.

Nice for a few days.

Good location, not up a lot of stairs. Easy to find. Bright with beautiful high ceilings.

There was no remote for TV. The access to the balcony did not open.

fantastic location in the heart of city center

The property had a wonderful central location. The house were very responsive when we needed a couple of items. I highly recommend the Muse apartments.

HOT without AC, but great location

The location is amazing, just next to the main square. Also, beds are very comfortable, even the sofa bed. It’s very spacious with dishwasher, microwave and two large TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery but no tea, coffee, sugar or even salt and pepper whatsoever. These little touches make a big difference when traveling.

There is no AC. Please DO NOT say there is a hidden airconditioning; if there are no vents in the apartment, no AC unit and nothing, there is no AC then. The apartment is very hot and on the first floor with the rubbish bins of the street and the opposite restaurant located directly underneath the window. So, when opening the window because of the heat, the stench hits your nose, plus of course the noise of throwing the glass bottles of the restaurant at night and collecting them early in the morning. Also, the apartment needs some carpeting as it’s very uncomfortable if one is not packing slippers, which happens if you travel light.

Ideal for a short stay, one or two and travelling lightly.

The support team (hosts) was exceptionally fast and helpful regarding the few questions I had. For Muse One (my apt): The surroundings were very quiet during evening and night, probably that goes for the daytime, too. Illumination is very well, both from the window front and from the artificial lights. The table is just big enough to do some light work and one doesn't feel crammed in when sitting down.

For Muse Uno (my apt): There's just one quite small cabinet and that one is filled in half with spare bedclothing. In the bathroom there's no cabinet or shelf at all and the space besides the washbowl is barely sufficient for one person - couples might find it lacking in space.

It was clean, the location was great and the fornitures were really nice.

Some kitchen items were missing (like a moka) and there was not any salt, oil, pepper (maybe single-dose bags could have been provided).

Great apartment but lacking a little comfort

Easy check in, which is always appreciated. The location was great, right in the main part of the city and close to the train station as well. Very clean and modern.

There is no AC, and it can get very hot, I question the host about it and I got the answer that it is centralized and cannot be reajusted, but inspected the whole apartment and there are no vents, or anything where the air could come from, and it got quite warm during certain periods. Also the check in is very late (16h00) and check-out very early (10h00) which seems a little unfair as a you should be paying the daily (24h) but actually get only 18h. Overall nothing that caused our stay to be ruined or bad, I'd still stay there again (not on high summer tho)

The apartment is relatively new

- there were only for 2 days towels in the apartement - no washing machine available what you would expect from an apartment - it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment which it is not: only 1 room with a bed and sleeping couch - the showerdrain was full of hair so the bathroom was flooded and we had to clean the drain ourselves - heating was not on the first few days, because that was not possible because of Trento city or something, also heating could not be adjusted when on - instructions to enter the apartment were not correct, we had to call somebody to bring the key, during our stay only the keyboxes were installed - there is no ventilation in the bathroom so very humid and cold because the bathroom is not heated - Walls were thin so the party’s every evening in another part of the building were very loud inside the apartement, also lots of noise from apartement 2 could be heard All together this apartment looks nice but is really crap.

Oké, maar geen aanrader.

Het appartement was keurig schoon, de bedden waren prima en de locatie top.

Het appartement is ruim, maar stoelen en tafels ontbreken. Je kunt alleen aan de bar zitten, onhandig omdat de barkrukken heel krap tegen de muur staan. Er is geen sfeer of gezelligheid. De hal van het pand ruikt niet fris. Plinten beschadigd, verf over tegels, het is net niet af. Vuilnisbakken onder het raam worden om 06:00 geleegd. Oordoppen aanrader. Er is geen air conditioning terwijl dat wel genoemd wordt; er is vloer koeling. Dit is bij echt warme dagen niet genoeg.

Mooi, licht, modern,-historisch ruim appartement midden in centrum

Prachtig, aan klein straatje aan het mooiste plein. Ruim, helder, veel licht. Fijn terras. Makkelijke zelf incheck. Voor ons heel goed te bewandelen vanaf het treinstation.

Jammer dat de douche heel langzaam doorstroom de zodat we meerdere keren hebben moeten dweilen. Gelukkig hadden we heel veel handdoeken gekregen. Het zou handig zijn als er ook schoonmaak middelen aanwezig zouden zijn. Dan hadden we het iets schoner kunnen achterlaten. Verder heerlijke plek

Struttura pulita e centralissima

Ottima struttura e in posizione centralissima, proprio accanto al duomo. E nonostante questo è molto facile trovare parcheggio piuttosto vicino. L’appartamento è molto pulito e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. Il personale è estramamente disponibile e ogni volta che li contattavo rispondevano subito e mi davano le informazioni richieste. Consigliatissimo.

Leider sehr laut (sowohl von draußen, aus dem anderen Apartment und von der Nachbarwohnung). Für einen Aktivurlaub, bei dem man früh aufsteht ok, zur Erholung lieber etwas anderes suchen.

Arredamento moderno e super curato. Ho alloggiato nell’appartamento Muse 2 per 3 notti e per quanto sono stata bene avrei anche prolungato il mio pernottamento. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Nessuna accoglienza, mancanza di afflato verso il cliente, mancava finanche il sapone nei dispenser doccia e lavandino costringendomi a comprarlo, nessuna possibilità di prendere finanche il caffè.
