Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Der Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Insgesamt alles sauber, aber recht abgelebt. Preis-Leistung war gut und Kommunikation mit der Gasgeberin hat gut funktioniert.
Schauen Sie sich die Fotos vom Badezimmer/ der Toilette an (sind einer anderen Rezension angehängt), bevor sie buchen. Einige Stellen könnte repariert werden: Die Türklinke der Toilette ist lose / fällt ab, wenn man die Tür von innen schließen will. Ein paar Bodenfliesen im Bad sind lose. Eine Halterung für die Duschbrause im Bad wäre gut. Das Bett ist recht durchgelegen und es wird dort oben recht schnell warm und stickig.

L'appartamento è veramente accogliente, la cucina super fornita, piano a induzione potente e microonde per cose veloci. Il parcheggio è comodo ma non è collegato direttamente al Palazzo quindi bisogna fare tutto il giro e uscire dall'edificio. La zona è abbastanza vicina al centro.
Da italiano ovviamente trovo un po' scomodo avere il bagno ( che probabilmente è ricavato da un locale caldaia) separato dall'altro bagnocon vasca e lavandino. Ho provato ad accendere il termosifone grande dove si appendono gli asciugamani ma non ha mai raggiunto una temperatura utile in due giorni che era attaccato. Infine bisogna fare attenzione all'uscio d'ingresso in quanto c'è una differenza di quota mancando un gradino e quando si esce dall'appartamento si tende a dimenticarlo.
