Brand New White Lotus Apartment 3 by Reside Baltic

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The self check-in was easy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was excellent. It was a perfect base for exploring Vilnius, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Modern kitchen. Washing machine- with laundry liquid provided. Netflix and Amazon Prime available. Responded quickly to cleaning and maintenance concerns.

This experience could have been so much better with more attention to certain cleanliness and quality of certain facilities: cheap kettle that was dirty and so much scale in it was unuseable. This has never happened to me before in many years of apartment stays. Cheap dirty toaster. Oven trays- dirty. Blood stain on the lounge net curtain. The sofa smelt. Door handle cracked. Toilet seat loose. Bottom of curtain dirty. Yet this was supposed to be a "new " property. They did improve some of these things quickly when I pointed them out. But I would sack the current cleaner as her standards are obviously too low, or the owners never do spot checks at the property. Also, no bodywash/shampoo/conditioner was provided-and not even bottled water- just one toilet roll. This totally contrasts with an lovely apartment I stayed in Warsaw (Master Wola) the week before, which was absolutely spotless everywhere and had high end facilities (including kettle/toaster/coffee machine with lots of pods/good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash/lots of toilet roll) and that were clearly well maintained.
