We lost our door card late at night. From previous reviews, I already knew the gate looked a bit like a prison — and honestly, it really did, which almost felt ironic given what happened next. Because of the lost card, we were locked outside the property all night. If we hadn’t had a friend in Lithuania who could help us last minute, we would have had no choice but to stay outside until morning — in –20°C weather. That was genuinely frightening. We tried calling the host multiple times throughout the night and also sent messages, but there was no response until the morning. Only then did we manage to get help, after calling from a nearby hotel and explaining that we had an early flight to catch. When the host finally responded, we were told to come and collect a new door card and were asked to pay €6 for it, which I understand may be the policy. What was difficult, though, was the lack of empathy — there was no apology for not answering calls or messages during such extreme conditions, and the response felt quite rude given the situation. I’m sharing this mainly as a warning to future guests: please be extremely careful with the door card. If you lose it, you may be left outside regardless of the weather. In freezing conditions like ours, that can become a serious safety issue.

There are stairs to get to the apartments so keep in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Good room in handy location

Nice room in a good location with all facilities working well. TV has good selection of English speaking channels which was helpful for soli travellers.

A bedside or some kind of alternative light to main switch would have been handy. Bed base could of been firmer.

Location very easy. Staff very helpful. Bed comfortable and bathroom great. I enjoyed staying there. Very comfortable and staff super helpful, I extended twice for 4-5 more days.

I was expecting a small apartment (which they do have) and my room was essentially just a hotel room. It might be my fault with the booking.

It was very hot to sleep at night. I had to sleep with wide open window and its noisy at night. I saw air conditioner in the room but couldn’t find remote. TV was not working properly. Only East Asia, German, Polish, Indian, probably some Iranian TV channels were able to watch via satellite. It was a smart TV but nor YouTube or Disney channels were working due to internet connection. I have tried to connect TV but it was not working.

Good contact with the owners and easy key collection. Great location, fast wifi. Room was clean, well-kept, stylish. A really recommendable place!

It would be great if there was also a self-checkin option for those who want to arrive later.

It's ok.

Good location, friendly stuff. All the basic you need is there. In general it is a good place to stay.

Probably it used to be a fancy place, nowdays it is a bit tired. Passive-agressive signs in the bathrooms are weird.

Everything was fine except for the bathroom.

Clean and tidy, nice decor, and a good location.

The bathroom is terrible. There's a sliding glass panel instead of a door (you can see that in the photos), but it doesn’t fully close (it leaves a gap of about 3 cm – which isn’t visible in the photos). Plus, there's a hole about 3 cm in diameter positioned in such a way that, when sitting on the toilet, you have a direct view of the bed – and from the bed, a direct view of the toilet. So if you're traveling with someone you’re not 100% comfortable doing your business around — essentially in the same room without a door — avoid this place. The bathroom completely takes away any sense of comfort.

Location was excellent. In a safe, quiet area. Walking distance to all the attractions/ old town parts of Vilnius that you would hope to visit.

The amount of stairs to access my room. Carrying my bag up the stairs upon arrival and down again when leaving was a bit annoying. Would be challenging for those less stable on their feet or if they have multiple bags to carry.

Room was clean, person on the phone was very supportive with everything.

Staff was very rude right from the beginning, I went with their friend and instead of opening gates she started asking why there are 2 people very rudely and till the time we went in our room the lady who recieved was rude to us, her tone was very rude so her body language. Check in was at 3 we reached little bit late and even then room wasn't ready.

The photos of the room are like from about 1 year-2 years ago. Eg. there are some serious scratches on the table. There were some stains on the pillows when I checked in but the pillows were changed when I asked. Two light bulbs were broken when I checked in. I asked them to be replaced. The answer was "tomorrow". Tomorrow I asked again. The answer was: "tomorrow". As you may already presume “tomorrow” never came. When I asked the day before the check out whether it is possible to leave a luggage in some storage after the check-out the younger lady replied that I can leave it the corridor. If I want it to be stored in some closed space the cleaning lady can store it for me but only if I give the place a good mark on booking.com. The stay was generally ok. In my opinion it is just not this kind of place you would like to come back to.
