Renaissance Apartments by Reside Baltic

Appartamento confortevole a pochi passi dalla Città Vecchia. Ben organizzato per trascorrere qualche giono a Vilnius. Arredato in maniera moderna e funzionale . Silenzioso anche se in una zona molto trafficata.

La porta di ingresso avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione perchè si chiude con difficoltà. In bagno è necessario sostituire il tubo del doccino che schizza acqua dappertutto.

Great location, close to market, Old Town, railway and bus stations, lots of bars and restaurants. Everything was provided, including washing machine and clothes rack. Check-in went smoothly without any complications, which is always nice at the end of a very long flight.

The location is great, and visually the property looks nice. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth, and they reply to messages quite quickly.

Cleanliness was… questionable. We were glad to have a kitchen, but when I pulled a spoon from the drawer, it was literally glued to another spoon. I ended up having to re-wash a lot of the dishes before using them and ultimately decided not to cook at the property. Additionally, the towels and linens were heavily worn out and had holes. They don't need to be brand new, but they should at least be intact and in decent condition. I stayed at this property a few times years ago when it was new, clean, and comfy. I was really disappointed by the lack of care now :(
