Instructions were clear. Location was convenient.
The 1st day was warm & although it came wit AC, the temperature did not come below 23 deg so if its a real hot day outside the AC will not cope.

Central location, comfortable sleep, large room with cooking facilities and refrigerator.
It's an impersonal stay, as you pick up the key from a box and never see anyone from the hotel (there's no reception). Also there were some cleanliness problems: in the kitchen, the dishes in the cupboards were put away not clean (food on the plates). There was a strange smell from the bathroom, but easily solved by keeping the door closed.
