It was so worth it. I loved everything about the stay.

The ambiance was really nice and staff were friendly

Lack of pots for cooking. I am african and I enjoy cooking. The fact that there was just one very very small pot made this very difficult and strenuous. Please can more pots be added to the kitchen fo diverse residents/clients.

Lovely quiet hotel close to the old town

The room was spacious and clean. It's located within a short walking distance from both the old town and the train/bus station. The check-in process was smooth, I had all the details I needed before arriving, and was able to access my room straight away. The surroundings are quiet, I walked to the bus station at 6am and it felt safe.

Location and neibourhood is OK, nice pastry across the street, good choice for breakfast. Room itself was big enough, clean and convenient, keys was easy to collect.

If I shall complain, the soap bin in shower was broken.

Good gateway to explore Vilnius

Convenient location(railway station, central bus station, local bus stops, Hales Market, supermarket, eating spots, cafes, the historical area) but basically calm and pleasant locality. The management sent us the information to enter the building before a few days of the arrival. No need to meet anyone during the stay(they gave the contact number for the support) . Enough and helpful. Simple and enough furniture and equipments.

Central, with some problems.

Central location, comfortable sleep, large room with cooking facilities and refrigerator.

It's an impersonal stay, as you pick up the key from a box and never see anyone from the hotel (there's no reception). Also there were some cleanliness problems: in the kitchen, the dishes in the cupboards were put away not clean (food on the plates). There was a strange smell from the bathroom, but easily solved by keeping the door closed.

A perfect room for a short stay.

Superb location right next to the Old Town. Only a 7 minute walk from the train and bus stations. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. I loved the skylights. It was so nice to be able to do a load of washing and to have a small kitchen. Check in and check out were both very easy. The 12pm check out is handy. I was disappointed that we'd had to change our reservation to 1 night as we would have loved to stay longer.

I liked everything, quiet area and very lovely apartment with high ceiling, great refurbishment, good bathroom that had even washing machine. Also everything been written in 3 languages: English, Russian and Lithuanian. And host spoken in Russian and been very very friendly. Thank you!!!

The apartment was clean, warm, and equipped with all necessary amenities and household appliances.

There was a device - most likely part of a ventilation system or an air recuperator - that constantly emitted a humming noise in the room, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Great stay in comfortable apartment in great location

Clean, comfortable, good value for money, helpful staff & easy check-in process. 6 min walk to central station for day trips & local 88 bus to airport stops a couple of mins away. Less than 10 min walk to Old Town & 10 mins from great restaurants in the other direction.

Nicely located, spacious apartment and very modern which was great!

The property was nicely located, spacious and provided washing machine tablets so we could wash our clothes (as we were travelling to a couple of countries). Easy access to get the key and the mattress on the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom and shower was also great! I would stay here again.

I felt that the apartment could have been cleaner, the floors had some hairs and bits on it. There was also a stain on the brown throw over bedding. I personally don’t like to see decorative cushions or decorative throws on bedding as I feel like they haven’t been washed (but lots of places have these).

Conveniently located, comfortable room and friendly staff

Big and clean room in a very nice building next to tourist attractions and close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let us check in earlier since the room had already been cleaned and we arrived to Vilnius early in the morning.

An amazing host and excellent communicator! I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The location is very central, making everything easily accessible. I spoke with the host over the phone, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. The place was spotless and maintained to a high standard. The internet was also excellent. I truly couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend staying here!

Location is top, modern, spacious rooms, breakfast place in the buildings.

Given it was a sleeping couch we could feel the framesection of the bed sofa And when you are longer then 1,90m the bed is to small as it had a metalframe. Those combined is not acceptable and if we would have known beforehand we would have chosen differently.

Convenient and comfortable, good value

Exceptionally smooth self-check-in and communication. The room was spotless, spacey and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location: close to the central station and yet near the heart of the old town. Nice shared terrace/corridor around the inner courtyard. Access to smokers' balcony. The building is charming and freshly renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Great rooms and communication from the hosts. Perfect location in the city centre. Nice amenities such as a dish washer, a clothes washer and steaming board. Overall pretty good VFM.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was not a real bed, rather a bunk bed. As there is no cleaning during the stay, more towels could be provided instead of just one set per person. The same goes for amenities such as toilet paper, washer pods. We were left with so little of them for our stay.

Very good

Perfect location, it is not in a crowdy center but is extremely close to all city facilities. Not far from the railway station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good kitchen equipment. Good bakery right across the street. Host responded to a phone call right away when we had issues to enter the building (we didn't read the instruction which host sent in advance).

It was quite cold in the apartment. Considering we were travelling with 1 year old son it would be good to have some extra-heating arranged. Also hairdryer didn't work. In general it could be a bit cleaner.

Easy way to check-in and check-out. Genious way to turn on an turn off the shower : only one button) Cosy, clean and comfortable. There are washing machine and dishwaser.

Two points: Our apartments were under the roof so we need to take care of our heads. And sofa as a bed.
