The flat was really lovely, nice vibe and very comfortable and clean.

It was a bit too hot, the heating was on all the time creating very dry and hot air during the night plus the construction was happening nearby so opening the window was a no go due to the loud noise

A couple of washing pods for the washing machine would have been appreciated, the washing machine was a key reason for booking. Information about the various codes to access the apartment & key safe were confusing - building code was not required, key safe code should be given after the access code to the apartment corridor - a more logical sequence

No comfort in the apartment

Location was good. Close to train station and bus station. Close enough to Old Town

Impossible to stay in the apartment when it's the sunny day apartment heats up as a sauna! Had reservation for two nights but had to leave one night earlier! Didn't see the point to contact the service as there's nothing they could do

Great stay near the railway station

The studio had everything we needed for a short stay. It was an easy walk to the railway station and not far from the old town. It was quiet at night, there was a little road noise but nothing that kept us awake. The owners dealt with some minor issues we encountered quickly and professionally.

The building is undergoing renovations, as a result the lift was intermittently not working. The bed was very creaky. The water can get very hot!

A cosy apt very close to the railway and bus station

We stayed for only one night, everything was fine, spacious apt very close to the railway station in a picturesque part of the city, modern design and clean

The bed was quite noisy and the hosting style was somewhat bureaucratic

I found long blond hairs everywhere starting from the bath towels to the covers from the sofa.

I didn’t like it because the room on the photo was misleading and got completely different room with the sofa only. The room itself is dusty. The elevator doesn’t work at all and the first floor looks very horrible from horror movies and smells bad.

A comfy little flat in a top location.

We had 6 days in the apartment and it worked really well for us - apart from a minor problem with the ‘bedroom’ not having any space on either side of the bed, everything in the place was great. And the location (10 minute walk from the centre of the old town and 5 minutes from the bus and train stations) is ideal for tourists like us

Very nice room with good design and very responsive hosts.

The hosts here are very good, they respond quickly and help with any questions that arise. It's a very good location - close to the bus and railway station, close to the old center, there are hypermarkets nearby, cafes, Humana... what else do you need? :)

The owner could change windows to reduce street noise and install air conditioning so you don't have to open windows. And to improve ventilation in the bathroom.

В апартаментах невероятно дует из окна, кровать стоит прям под ним, спать невероятно холодно, если бы не было радиатора, находиться было бы крайне сложно

Наличие заявленных удобств. Скорость интернета.

Лифт переодически не работает. Водонагревательный бак (бойлер) капает. В душевай кабине очень медленно сливается вода. Из окон дует. Бокс для хранения/передачи ключей поломан. Кодовый замок на входе в здание не работает. Сердцевина/личинка замка в номер - плохо закреплена, болтается. Самое ужасное - металическая кровать скрипит даже от собственного дыхания.

Tiszta és rendezett volt, könnyen el tudtuk foglalni. Elhelyezkedés szempontjából is ideális volt. Voltak kisebb félreértéseink a házigazdával, de gördülékenyen meg tudtuk oldani őket.

Przyjemny pobyt, choć niedociągnięcia są.

Mieszkanko było czyściutkie i widać że dosyć nowe. Przyjemna pościel, doceniam kołdrę dla każdej osoby, ręczniki. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego wystarczające, chociaż kieliszek do wina był jeden, komuś się może drugi spodobał. Fajny widok za oknem, na zabytkową kamienicę. Przyjechałam wieczorem i udało sie jeszcze gdzieś wcisnąć auto na bezpłatnym parkingu. Bardzo fajny, duży sklep w pobliżu. W ogóle dobra baza wypadowa.

Na początku było dużo stresu, bo podczas parkowania jakaś kobieta krzyczała na mnie po litewsku coś o "private", przez co przez cały pobyt bałam się o swój samochód. Wejście na początku nie jest takie proste przez dużo wejść na kody oraz dwa miejsca ze skrytkami na klucze. Winda jednego dnia była zablokowana a przyciski od niej były bardzo gorące. Było ciepło, więc w mieszkaniu było gorąco, brakuje wentylacji w łazience. Przez hałas na ulicy czasem ciężko spać.

Egentlig ikke noget

Alt er under kritik og fortjener nul stjerner 1) Ejendommen gammel og slidt. Glas i indgangsdør sparket ud og erstattet af spånplade. Indgangen i stue-etagen ligner noget fra Tjernobyl. Elevatoren må være fra forrige århundrede og livsfarlig. Trappeopgangen har ikke set rengøring de sidste 20 år. 2) Der er ingen reception eller personale på stedet. Hvis man prøver telefonisk kontakt får man en person, der ikke taler engelsk. 3) Der er meget gadestøj og meget lydt mellem værelserne. Et (russisk?) selskab underholdt højlydt to nætter i streg, så ingen kunne sove. Og ingen receptionist at gribe fat i. K1A Studios er under al kritik. Find et andet sted til dit ophold i Vilnius, som ellers er en dejlig by.

Störande trafik och dålig service

Självincheckning

Jag bokade tre nätter, men blev tvungen att lämna lägenheten redan efter den andra natten. Själva lägenheten var liten men fin. Dock kunde städningen ha varit bättre, det var damm under soffan. Det största problemet var det höga oväsendet från gatan, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova ordentligt på natten. Värden menar att det framgår av bilderna att lägenheten ligger vid en trafikerad gata, men de har inte nämnt att fönstren är dåliga och inte täta. Det gör en stor skillnad, och det borde ha informerats om. Personalen var inte särskilt tillmötesgående heller. De krävde extra betalning för tidig incheckning, trots att jag visste att lägenheten stått tom dagen innan. Med tanke på den höga ljudnivån hade det varit rimligt att bjuda på en tidigare incheckning som kompensation. På grund av detta kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera att bo här.

Völlig zufrieden mit der Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Mit Allem zufrieden gewesen und keine Probleme gehabt.

Der Aufzug im Gebäude selbst, trotz Charme, sehr alt und noch aus sowjetischer Zeit. Etwas Angst, dass er stecken bleibt.

Снимали лофт. Апартаменты хоть и небольшие, но довольно функциональные. Было комфортно. Близко к вокзалу и старому городу. Небольшой продовольственный магазин в доме. Удобные кровать и диван, чистое белье. В ванной комнате есть стиральная машина и хороший фен. Рекомендуем.

Есть требование загрузить ID-документы для онлайн-регистрации. Для цифровых пользователей все просто. Но те, кто привык ездить с бумажной распечаткой бронирования, могут столкнуться с проблемами при заселении.

Рекомендую: удобно, чисто и приятно

Расположен в 5-10 минутах от вокзала. В этом же здании есть магазин. Подняться на этаж можно как по лестнице, так и на лифте. В коридоре и в номере чисто. Есть стиральная машина, фен, душ, электросушка для полотенец, микроволновка, чайник, капсульная кофемашина (капсулы прилагаются), индукционная плитка, 2 кастрюли, сковорода, чашки тарелки, приборы, телевизор, вентилятор, утюг и гладильная доска.

Узкое место но входе в номер: входная дверь не до конца открывается. Проход из комнаты в ванную узковат.

Bem localizado e confortável, a um preço económico

A localização, muito perto da estação de comboios (5m a pé), mas também do centro histórico (10m). O apartamento está bem equipado e permite cozinhar refeições simples ou fazer café e chá. A cama é bastante confortável. A limpeza é adequada. Apesar de o apartamento estar virado para uma rua principal, o ruído não é excessivo.

A entrada no prédio é consideravelmente assustadora, parece um espaço abandonado. A TV não tem canais "normais".

Nevhodné pre dve osoby

Dobrá poloha blízko zástavky MHD, blízko stanice a obchodu s potravinami.

Izba absolútne nie je vhodná pre dve osoby. Rozkladacia pohovka je vhodná len pre jedného človeka, pre dve osoby je priúzka. Boli sme dve kamarátky a museli sme si na poslednú chvíľu zháňať ďalšie ubytovanie. Pohovka nebola pripravená, museli sme si ju sami prichystať na spanie. Keď sme gauč rozložili, ostali sme v šoku, aká je posteľ malá. Z ulice do izby preniká hluk aj cez zatvorené okná. Pre jedného človeka je ubytovanie OK, ale nemalo by byť ponúkané pre dve osoby.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Δίπλα από το σταθμό των τρένων, το σταθμό των κτελ, άμεση πρόσβαση σε πάρα πολλά λεωφορεία και Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το ιστορικό κέντρο! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει super market. Πεντακάθαρο & είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν από ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Αναφέρω ενδεικτικά: Ηλεκτρική σκούπα, σίδερο, σιδερώστρα, καφετιέρα, κουζίνα, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, πιστολάκι) Η είσοδος στο δρόμο είναι λίγο φοβιστική & η πόρτα δε λειτουργεί καλά αλλά έχει και 2ο κωδικό ασφαλείας στην είσοδο κάθε ορόφου, πέρα από το ατομικό κλειδί. Πολύ εύκολο check in. Αξίζει 100% τα χρήματα του γιατί είναι σε πολύ κομβικό σημείο!
