Check in: we received very clear instructions, therefore it was easy to check in. Location: even though the entrance of the building is kind of daunting, the location of the accommodation is very convenient, i.e. in walking distance from both the train/bus stations and the old town. In addition, it is very convenient that there is a super market on the ground floor, open until 22:00 p.m. Overall convenience: even though the room was not particularly big, it was so well designed that we enjoyed the overall convenience throughout our staying.

The level of cleanness could be improved (e.g. windows). In addition, a modernisation of the facilities would improve the overall experience and the rating of the accommodation afterwards.

Amenities, good internet connection and not so far from the city centre. Comfortable warm water while taking a shower.

The entrance was dirty with cigarettes everywhere. You need 3 codes to reach the keys to get to the apartment. It looks like an scape room. The building smelt tobacco. In Spain we are not familiar with that. It's awful. The sofa was dirty, in fact that was the worst thing.
