Had a truly amazing experience here - wonderful flat in a great location with everything we could've asked for and more! It looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. Self-check in was super easy, there is a great supermarket right around the corner and we could easily walk into the old town. Probably the best experience I've had booking a flat for a longer stay! Oh, and incredibly fast Wifi was a great plus as well!!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

There are good appliances, and we cook while we are away so this is important. The furniture was generally comfortable and in good condition. The location is good: close to the bus and train station, and about a 25 min. walk to the heart of the old city. It was spacious in a cosy way, and decorated nicely. The terrace was enjoyable. The building seemed very quiet during our stay. There is one large grocery store close by, and another large grocery/department store within a 10 min. walk. Hosts were generally quick to reply to my messages.

Cleanliness could have been better. We had to wash our plates and wine glasses before using them as they were dirty. Lots of dust on top of the tv boxes in the cabinet under the tv. The patio windows were filthy. Someone had actually drawn a design in the dirt before our arrival. The shower glass was badly water stained. They appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The entry system can be finicky. You need to enter a 10 digit code, and the “#” key doesn’t always work. Not being able to read the language on the code box, we had to guess how to make corrections if we mispunched the code. A magnetic card would be much easier.
