I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends as we were attending a competition at the nearby Manhattan Club. We all travel for competitions several times a year so have had mixed experiences. THIS was one of the BEST experiences! Firstly, communication with the host prior to arrival was faultless. Upon arrival, the apartment was exactly, if not BETTER than described. Spacious, luxurious, immaculately equipped; we wanted for nothing. Admittedly, I bagged the best room and felt immediately at home. We all even joked about sacking off the tournament and just hanging out here, it was so cosy! Mattresses so comfy, linen and towels top hotel grade. We cooked meals, ate at the table and lounged on the sofa’s. I connected my phone to the TV to play music and the fire was optically beautiful and a sensory relaxant. Being 3 friends from very different parts of the country it’s also important to have individual space, and we all enjoyed having comfortable rooms in addition to the living area. One evening we invited a disabled friend to join us for dinner and she did find the stairs a challenge but with our help she arrived and also thought it was a fabulous space! Hoping to rebook for same time next year!

We had very clear instructions on how to find the key code box and the flat was very comfy. The flat is finished to a high standard, very clean and only a short walk into the centre of Harrogate. We would definitely book here again next year.

Excellent and very responsive host, fast to resolve our queries and provided thorough check in instructions.
The lounge/dining space was perfect for our family of five and the kitchen facilities had everything you could need.
The interior design was well considered with a calm palette and contemporary accessories.
The bedrooms were very small with not enough storage space.
The thermostatic readings were not accurate so it was difficult to obtain a comfortable temperature.
The shared entry was disappointing and needs redecorating, which was sadly not a good introduction to the property.
