Location good, but flat needs improvement.

Location is great and having a parking spot in Harrogate is a big plus.

It's extremely basic, falls short on a lot of equipment: there are 6 beds, but only 5 bowls/plates, only 4 wine glasses (and only flutes, not proper wine glasses), only 4 juice glasses; no scissors in the kitchen, only 1 round baking tray; there are no bins in the bathrooms - only one available is in the kitchen; needs more seats in the sitting room - again, sleeps 6 but only seats for 4 people; dining chairs very wobbly; blind missing from one of the kitchen windows.

Brilliant, stylish apartment.

A classy place not too much in the hustle of the main town but close enough to have a stroll to the centre. Big bay windows, the sunrise in the morning was a delightful bonus. Very clean.

Just a few more glasses (variety) - a tumbler or 5 would’ve been great. Comfortably fit 5 people in the apartment, just those little touches would make the difference.

Perfect apartment overlooking the park within a 10 minute walk into Harrogate centre, ideal for a group wishing to stay

Perfect apartment for a group to stay in and a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Harrogate, it has everything you need to stay and the owners were friendly and so helpful. The car parking was ideal also as this is off the road. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Nothing though a couple of extra mirrors in the bedrooms would be perfect for us girls.

On the whole, very enjoyable.

Location is excellent. A very comfortable apartment, warm. Host was great with communication. I’d definitely recommend this property especially when certain issues are sorted (as below). Have given feedback to host who will get the issues sorted.

Although directions were good, there was no No. 19 on the property, so weren’t sure we’d found the right door. Hence we walked up and down the street for a bit and then decided to try the Flat 1 lock box to discover we were at the correct address. So a No.19 is necessary. Blind in one bedroom didn’t work, so had to use lights. Hopefully this can be sorted out. A welcome pint of milk wouldn’t have gone astray either! Showers could be cleaner.

City break in Harrogate

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean. Accommodation was really superb

The heating didn't work and we had problems communicating with the owner due to a transition in ownership being in existence. Once we did make contact we received a refund and the owner was lovely to talk to. Sadly there not being heating meant wecwere reluctant to go out in the evening as the weather was so awful and we wouldn't have been able to dry our clothes. Despite all this I would definitely use the apartment again now that the heating's fixed

Lovely location for exploring Harrogate, many attractions nearby so perfect for anyone wanting to explore just outside Harrogate as well. Walking distance from the town and nicely decorated apartment.

It’s above a quick fit garage.also on the last night we couldn’t gain access to the garage to park. As the electric door had stopped working. Beds are not the comfiest.

Location, size of property

No reply from owner regarding issues, workmen turning up at 8.30 outside windows, one blind defective, parking resulted in excessive pigeon poo.on car, not avoidable given location. No wine glasses.

Spotless apartment in good location

Spotlessly clean Big and light and airy Good location. This place has been refurbished to a high standard and is lovely.

Access- 3 flights of stairs going round a corner. Not suitable for someone with any mobility difficulties Car parking- the owner needs to provide a tarp/ cover to go over your car (or bring your own) as the rafters in the parking area are full of pigeons and your car will be covered with more bird poo than you can imagine. 3rd bedroom- there is no 3rd bedroom, there is just an extra single bed in the lounge behind a screen. Totally fine. Just not clear from photos/ description. Lighting- shared bathroom, only 1 of 4 spotlights working and mirror lights not working. En-suite- only 2 of 4 spotlights working and mirror lights not working. Lovely apartment but these points need to be addressed. We would not be able to stay again as the stairs caused great difficulty for a member of our party.

Bit disappointed really for the amount changed

It was spacious and clean

It was a bit difficult to find, and didn’t realise it was above quickfit, Although the soundproofing was good. The third bed was behind a temporary screen in the lounge, and unfortunately the lounge and dining area blinds were NOT good enough to accommodate a comfortable nights sleep. Surely back out blinds should have been fitted ?. Only one of six lights worked in the bathroom, and there were no pods for the coffee machine.

Great good sized appartment and clean.

Great location in Harrogate opposite the Stray with massive windows overlooking the stray, owner was very helpful with information ie parking ect and access to property. Clean and very fuctional appartment. Good equipped kitchen and nice towels . Secure parking Around the corner to bars and restaurants.

Only little observation no wine glasses only beakers, that’s it everything else perfect.

The location. The facilities.

Upstairs 1st floor, no lift. Birds drop significant amount of excrement on car in garage. So much so after car left in garage for 3 full days & nights & an extra 2 nights. Windscreens & all duco on car so dirty, professional cleaning of car had to exert extreme effort to clean to an acceptable standard.

Lovely apartment; great facilities and location.

Perfect location; lovely clean refurbished apartment with great facilities; excellent information from the host.

Whilst the property offered free parking - which was a great addition! Unfortunately the ‘covered area’ was home to lots of birds! The following morning the car was covered in bird poo requiring a trip to the car wash before any damage was done - this was more expensive than paying for parking.

Excellent stay very happy

On arrival the apartment was lovely and clean! Very Modern decor. The beds were very comfy, the tv was great for apps like Netflix and ITVx. The kitchen had a lovely coffee maker and was lovely and spacious. It was very easy to check the apartment was within walking distance to Harrogate and the train station. There’s a lovely park across the road called the stray so you get a fabulous view. No complaints here!!

Could have been v good

Unfortunately the road was being resurfaced overnight ! The parking was a big issue with workman next door and cars for KwikFit . Ni signage saying flat was in constant use . Flat was lovely but needed light bulbs , blind and more utensils in kitchen . Attention to detail was missing which was a shame . Great potential !

A good value for money apartment in a lovely spot opposite the Stray. Comfortable and clean.

The location, the flat itself was clean and comfortable. With a nicely stocked kitchen.

No black out blinds in the double bedroom, which wasn’t great for sleeping as the room was too light. Curtains would be nice, also in the living room. There were lots of spot lights not working in the main bathroom. Not enough spare toilet roll. A welcome food pack would be nice, also more seating in the living room - another 2 seater sofa.
