Beautiful Coastal Home near Mayo Clinic. Pet Friendly!

The location is excellent for anyone traveling to Jacksonville for medical care, especially Mayo Clinic. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. While I felt the nightly rate was a bit high, that's more a reflection of the area than the host.I removed one star because, after checkout, the host requested additional payment for what I believe were normal housekeeping items. One of our children had an unexpected nosebleed during the stay, which is an occasional accident and, in my opinion, part of the normal cost of operating a short-term rental. The host also claimed we stained towels blue, despite some of our own light-colored clothing leaving the stay with the same blue discoloration. Rather than paying directly, I asked that any concerns be handled through VRBO's official process. Ultimately it was handled with insurance claims.Overall, the property itself met our needs, but the post-stay experience left a disappointing final impression.

If you’re looking for a place that is family friendly with a beachy aesthetic then look no further. The home is beautiful, providing practically everything you need plus more and the hosts are lovely. We were welcomed by a sweet thank you note, waters and snacks for myself and my husband as well as our 2 year old daughter. It felt like home and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The house is Gorgeous. Quaint, quiet, relaxing, garage, nice cold A/C and extremely close to Mayo Clinic & store's & Restaurants. Great tv reception & plenty of shows to watch when relaxing after a full day. Safe environment & nice washer n dryer if you need it.Plenty of soap, shampoo/Conditioner & Body wash. Plenty of Towels. Real cold freezer n fridge with plenty of ice. I definitely will be back & you will Love it when you book.

Very beautifully done VRBO. Would definitely stay again
