We really enjoyed our stay here! We needed something close to Sawgrass for a family reunion and this was perfect for our needs. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable. The setup was great and the rooms were large. Older neighborhood and property but well stocked and quiet.

We were in Ponte Vedra for a long weekend with our 30 year old son for a memorial Charity Golf Tournament at Marsh Landing. This place was perfect. Exceptionally clean, great condition, well equipped and the perfect location. If we need another stay in the area, we will be back.

Clean, very well maintained or recently renovated property. The listing was accurate and more spacious than expected. Everything we expected and needed was in place with the rental. The location was great for us to explore St Augustine to the south, Amelia Island to the north and the convenience of Jacksonville beaches and Ponte Vedra suburbs.Clean and hassle free check in. We appreciated the little extras like beach towels, beach chairs and clear WiFi instructions and practical house rules.Great for a family of 4, but would be comfortable for 5 or 6. Nice open first floor plan for quality family time for meals and evenings.

This property is a good value for the money, but it is not a luxury property. The property is clean and functional, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very utilitarian.The neighborhood is old and kind of run down, which is surprising since it’s in one of the wealthiest cities in Florida.The location is an easy drive to shopping, Mayo Clinic and the beaches. However, I would not stay in this property again.
