This renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is located within the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass in the neighborhood of Turtleback Crossing. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac, this townhome is quiet and well equipped for all your comforts.
The primary bedroom, on the first floor, has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two (2) additional guest bedrooms upstairs feature a queen bed in each room and a shared hall bath. The screened porch off the main living area is a great space to gather, talk and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
There are two desirable restaurants located inside the gated community of TPC Sawgrass. Argyle located at The Yards is within walking distance from the home, and the dining room at TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse overlooking the 18th green of the TPC Stadium course. Initial reaction - sparse accommendations, especially the kitchen. No cleaning supplies upon arrival - Suncastle eventually supplied. Electrical outlets in kitchen & dining room did not work. Mattresses were good. TPC is a beautiful community. Suncastle was very accommodating.
