Have coffee on the beach every sunrise & a glass of wine in the private backyard or upstairs balcony by sunset in this South Beach gem. 5 minutes from Ponte Vedra, 12 min. from TPC Sawgrass, 10 min. from Atlantic Beach Town Center and Sawgrass Village, walking distance to local coffee spots, boutique shops, casual and date-night dining, juice & acai bowl bar, and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Pet fee is $75.

South Jax Beach is every beach-goers dream. Boutiques, coffee shops, upscale restaurants, casual dining, parks, public beach access, and health food markets.

Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours After 10 pm- until 7am. Minimum age requirement of 24 years old to book this property. No Parties. Zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and substance abuse. Limited to 3 vehicles for parking on driveway. No access to golf cart.

The location is perfect. The residence was clean. The neighborhood was friendly. All the shopping you could ask for extremely close by. And the beach was even closer

First I will say that the property was clean. The beds were comfortable. But, there were some issues. The two tvs in the bedrooms never worked even after purchasing new batteries for the remotes. The toilet paper holder on the first floor had been pulled from the wall. There were no pots to boil water in and none of the frying pans were unusable because they were extremely dirty and rusty. And the Keurig coffee pot didn’t work. It was obvious that the apartment needed some attention. It was ok for a last minute stay, but not good enough to go back.
