This was a perfect property for a multigenerational group who don't enjoy swimming but enjoying sitting on the porch and visiting, cooling out and eating together while having options for those who need space to be away from everyone else.

Stayed with 2 sisters. One needed ADA type bathroom and this house had that with very large bathroom and hand holds by toilet and in shower. Pool table, darts were nice. Screened Patio was nice as well. We would stay there again. Thanks

My family was satisfied with this property. The bedrooms were spacious, there was plenty of closet space and dresser drawers for clothing. Lighting around the house was adequate, although some of the lightbulbs did not work. The house was clean, but the carpets had multiple stains. The couch cushions were also stained. One of the larger windows was missing several vertical panels. The pool sticks did not have felt on the tips and were unusable. The handicap accessible bathroom was beautiful and functional as described! All of the items mentioned would be easy to fix. Overall, I recommend this property and would be glad to stay here again in the future. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Eunice Street has many speed humps; vehicles are not able to speed. The washer and dryer and dishwasher worked well. I was also pleased with the refrigerator and freezer. There is a porch light and an outdoor motion light. I also appreciated that the property had two thermostat controls for the air conditioning, although the temperature could not be set below 70. It really was a very fine place to stay for one week.

Last two days couldn’t use toilets or showers in two bathrooms. Sewage backed up in shower onto bathroom floor. Not a great way to end our stay. Icemaker not working. Needs a filter.
