We had medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and the location was perfect. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive.

The layout of the home was really good for vacationing with the family. You will want to drive to the beach unless you have a bike. Check- in was easy and the property was nice.

Great location and great fenced back yard. Comfy master bed and LR sofas. Bathrooms need updating. Kitchen dishes and service wear extremely worn. Grill nasty. Piles of sand under sofa and area rug. Loft area has very steep steps and no air. Four bicycles take up single garage so no space for your car, which we needed as we were there for 5 weeks and during Ian hurricane.
