Location! location! location! Can't beat a 3 minute walk, with 3 kids and a beach cart only taking 3 minutes at the hottest point of the day is excellent. Clean efficient for what we needed, just enough space for my family of 5.

I highly recommend booking this property! It's situated extremely close to the beach and is immaculately clean. The house has every amenity you could need. Plus, the host's communication is top-notch.The kitchen is spotless and equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll require.

Great communication from the host. Close to the beach and beach access. The only thing I would say is the 2 flights of stairs and steep and narrow if you are older or have a problem with stairs. Home is clean and fully stocked with linens, coffee and soaps and shampoo.

Chose this rental due to proximity to medical facility. We did have a problem with ants. This only major issue for us was the amount of steps. 15 steps up to the main living area and another 15 steps up to the bedrooms. I would change the name of this rental to “30 Steps”. Not so good for seniors with bad knees.
