Host was communicative about checkin process and it was a great location for the beach. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in each big enough to fit 3 people. One bed as a pull out couch that was in living room, was dirty when we arrived so didn’t use. However, porch was amazing and location was 10/10

The place was centrally located. We had questions on something and the owner answered text immediately.

DISADVANTAGES: 1- parking is under the building and so tight that my truck's antenna hit the ceiling and it was impossible to park in the designated space. 2- no elevator, so we all had to walk up and down three flights of narrow stairs several times a day. 3- there was a lot of construction going on on the street along with crews of construction workers walking around. 4- locks on 3 of the 4 windows would not lock or were broken. 5- condo was advertised as a three bedroom with a queen in bedroom #3 but it was a HARD COUCH... and not even a sofa bed. 6- when trying to "make up" the sofa to sleep in, linens were stained, appeared to be used previously AND smelled very musty. 7- some towels were soiled and smelled very musty. ADVANTAGES: 1- close to beach... walking distance (3 blocks away). 2- host did respond to my texts. 3- host volunteered to refund the cleaning fee (she found out that the cleaning crew came on the wrong day therefore our place had not been properly cleaned. 4- the host approved and refunded 1/3 of the rental fee upon my request after explaining that 1/3 "bedrooms" were inaccurately advertised. IF YOU CAN EASILY TRAVERSE UP AND DOWN THREE FLIGHTS OF STEPS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, IF YOU HAVE A SMALL CAR WITH A SHARP TURNING RADIUS, IF YOU ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT NOT HAVING THE SECURITY OF BEING ABLE TO LOCK YOUR WINDOWS, and IF YOU ONLY NEED TWO BEDROOMS... then you may be satisfied with this place due to its proximity to the beach.
