A peaceful cul-de-sac location paired with the ease of inner city living makes this a comfortable and convenient stay, with the beloved Tan Track and the Yarra River within a five-minute walk. When you’re not cafe-hopping or exploring this charming neighbourhood, make use of a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and relax on the sofa with a movie or book. You’ll also have a cosy balcony where you can sip a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine while you overlook the leafy streetscape.
This centrally located stay offers a perfect base while you work, relax, or discover the sights, with an inviting layout that extends to a compact balcony. The light and airy living area is thoughtfully appointed with a large sofa where you can unwind with some TV or a selection of reading material, with floor-to-ceiling windows maximising light and a ceiling fan and radiator wall heating to keep you comfortable. The TV is a smart TV but please note there is no antenna so there are no live free to air channels, however some of them are offered on demand.

A neatly appointed kitchen has all you need to cook at home, you’ll also find a four-seater table to share meals around and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A cosy alfresco spot on the balcony is accessible through glass doors where you can enjoy a quiet cuppa to start the day or an evening glass of wine, with views looking out over the quiet, tree-lined street.

Two bedrooms sleep four guests, with the first bedroom offering a king-size bed and the second including a queen bed, while both have side tables, reading lamps, a panel heater and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is immaculately appointed with a shower, bathtub and complimentary toiletries, while a washing machine is an added convenience.

The Royal Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River can both be reached within a 10-minute walk, while the many cafes and restaurants lining Toorak Rd are around a 20-minute walk, where you’ll also find South Yarra train station should you wish to travel to the city and surrounding suburbs. Other local attractions include the historic Prahran Market, Jam Factory and the renowned shopping precinct Chapel Street as well as Melbourne’s sporting and entertainment precincts.
