Welcome to The Baseline Stay, a beautifully styled South Yarra apartment perfectly positioned just moments from Melbourne’s world-class sporting and entertainment precinct. Ideal for guests visiting for sport, concerts, or a city escape close to it all, this apartment offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable location.
To help you plan your arrival, please be aware that the apartment is reached via four flights of stairs (approximately 28 steps in total). While there is no elevator, the view from the property is worth the steps!

The apartment features a central bathroom with shower and toilet, a private balcony, and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Thoughtfully styled throughout, it provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day out. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of off-street parking for one car.
Step outside and you’re just a stone’s throw from Melbourne’s iconic sporting arenas, making this an ideal base for major sporting events and concerts. For dining and exploring, Swan Street is a short walk away with its vibrant restaurants and bars, while The Terrace at the Royal Botanic Gardens is perfect for a relaxed meal or drink surrounded by greenery. Ho Chi Mama is also nearby and a definite must-try.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
