Two beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, with the primary bedroom also offering direct access to the courtyard and an attached ensuite. The modern main bathroom features a shower, bathtub and complimentary toiletries.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, as well as one parking spot for a small to medium car, although space may be tight. Guests can also take advantage of a communal pool located within the apartment complex.
Please note that there are no lifts available in this property. A couple of short flights of stairs are required to access Unit 1.

South Yarra Station is a 10-minute stroll from your stay, should you wish to travel to the city and surrounding suburbs, while historic Prahran Market and the renowned shopping precinct Chapel Street are both within a 20-minute walk. Other nearby attractions include the Royal Botanic Gardens and the National Gallery of Victoria, as well as St Kilda Beach and pier.

It's one of the best Air Band B we have stayed at.Terrific location close to parks, cafes, bars, Comao Center, and Toorak Road shopping, The apartment is quiet both inside the building and from the street. Could one improve with extra hand soap and a better quality tea bag? Not quite sure I would call it Parisian chic but a lovely property.Thank you we would love to stay again
