Welcome to Mrs Stanley, our chic and stylish 4-bedroom retreat in the heart of vibrant Richmond, lovingly managed by Property Mums.
Enjoy spacious living with two distinct living areas, ornamental fireplace, Smart TV, high ceilings, timber floors, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
French provincial inspired fully appointed kitchen to family meals area with split system air conditioner. Large glass doors which lead onto beautiful paved leafy courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.
Indulge in luxurious comfort with a master bedroom featuring a Queen bed, a second bedroom boasting a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a Double bed. For additional guests, the spacious studio (bedroom 4) offers two cosy Single beds, accessed conveniently through the secure courtyard.
Two full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom ensure convenience for all guests.
Stay comfortable year-round with hydronic heating throughout the property.
Secure garage available for 1 Small Car only. There is also a residential parking permit for street parking for guest use if needed.

With easy access to public transport, it's convenient to explore the rest of Melbourne. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay, and we are available to assist with any questions or recommendations to enhance your experience. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones

Beautifully decorated townhouse, great location, very easy check in and communication when needed. The group of us loved every minute of staying at this house - especially the courtyard - we cancelled our dinner plans because we preferred to stay in and use the kitchen and courtyard area
