Great town house for a group!
Richmond is a great area but pub opposite a bit dodge but DT's pub bit further down was gay bar but fun vibe. Great markets and restaurants around area. Nick was very responsive and helpful and accommodation comfortable for 8 ladies
Had a few issues at times with main door but got in eventually with code and also big lounge could do with either a steam clean or replacing. Rug is also very worn in lounge room could be replaced!!

The location was great with a tram stop 50m away. Close to supermarket. Easy access and safe. Beds upstairs were quite comfortable althought he bunks and single beds were not so. All facilities within the accommodation met all expectations
