Just a short stroll to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, the Australian Open, and the peaceful Fitzroy Gardens, plus an easy tram ride or leisurely walk to the CBD. The perfect base for exploring Melbourne’s history, culture, and sporting highlights.
Stylishly updated yet full of charm, our cozy 4-bedroom terrace townhouse offers plenty of space for families, friends, and groups visiting Melbourne.
Bedding configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds
Third Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Fourth Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Living Room: 2 Double Sofa Beds
Guests will have full use of the entire townhouse – your private home in Melbourne, with the city right at your doorstep.
Other details to note:
We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you need assistance, we’re just a message away.
Car Parking: One carport space is available behind the terrace (partially undercover).
Rubbish Day: Please place bins out Thursday evening and return them Friday after collection.
Infant Amenities: Portacot and highchair available on request (please advise at least 48 hours before arrival).
Early Check-In: Ask us about options for early check-in.
Chauffeur & Airport Transfers: Our partner drivers can pick you up at the airport, transfer you to the property, and hand over the keys.
Check-Out: Standard check-out is 11 AM. Late check-out may be available – just ask!
Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules:
Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
