location was very good, tram stop across the road, 10 minutes to the heart of the city and Queen Vic markets, beautiful parks across the road and convenience shops.

the check in process was painful having to go 300m up the road to get the keys and then again to drop off, then only to find parking was in basement 2 and lift only goes to basement level 1, would be great to know if there is a visitor park on B1 to drop bags off and take to the room and then park below. also, the room looked like it hadn't been checked as there was rubbish at the entry and some dirty dishes.

quiet, near to the tram station, the necessary cutlaries are set up. The design of the room is good, and utilities are useful. The host is friendly and took the action rapidly. TV was very new model, and other electronic stufff like dryer and washmachine, refrigerator were good. The kitchen area is very useful.

The seats are clean, but the room has not cleaned. Under the bed there are dusts and other people's socks are appeared. There are dust in kitchen plates. The bed was small rather than queen size. The chair is quite fragile. The one room bed does not have air conditioner. The lights are too weak.

Great location. Well stocked. Secure building. Communicative host.

No air conditioning in second bedroom. Outside balconies and windows dirty so could not use them.

Great location and easy to access

Dishwasher leaked, only one key to access building made things difficult. Couldn’t lock one door onto the balcony.
