The location was very good. It was close to a supermarket and had onsite parking which made things very easy.
This is very minor. We only had one set of keys and when you opened the garage door it came down very quickly and you had to get in and out of your car to open it.

We didnt get the code to get the keys so that was a pain but we got it sorted after an hr. They could provide more instructions related to check in process.

The fact they accommodated us at very short notice. The location was excellent, nice cafe downstairs.
