Guests have access to the resort-style facilities including the indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and a full-size tennis court (booked via the host) within the Condos Complex.
As it is a private apartment building and not a resort, tennis equipment is BYO.
Venturing out during your stay:
You’ll be located in one of Melbourne’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Nestled between the Arts Precinct and the Southbank Promenade you are linked to the many choices of fine dining, buskers, clubs and the Crown Casino. And that’s just for starters!
Within walking distance, you’ll be spoilt for choice between the Melbourne CBD, Botanical Gardens, Myer Music Bowl, Arts Centre, Art Gallery, NGV, Yarra River activities and the countless, amazing entertainment experiences from theatres, cinemas, sport tournaments, concerts, festivals and much more.
A little further afield is Albert Park Lake - home of the Motor Grand Prix, Tennis Centre – home of the Australian Open, South Melbourne and Victoria Markets and the beaches of the bay.
The area is well serviced with the nearby Woolworths Supermarket, both Trams and Buses, countless cafés, a myriad of walking tracks, bike hire and tours.
CARPARK – height clearance is 2.1M, and speed limit is strictly 5-10km. Please ensure your headlights are on and that you keenly watch the mirrors for any oncoming vehicles.
POSTAL SERVICES – neither the concierge or the apartment mailbox are available for any postal/packages delivery. Please check google maps for your nearest post office.
LONG STAY CLEANING - A mid-stay cleaning service is recommended for bookings of fourteen nights or more. We can organise a Refresh of the property which includes restocking the amenities and a full clean for $250.
For longer stays, we can tailor a special cleaning service package to suit the duration, ensuring that a professional standard of cleanliness and maintenance is sustained for your enjoyment.

Fees:
> Early Check-in - $35 per hour between 12pm -3pm, subject to host approval and cleaners' flexibility at the time
- Late Check-out - $35 per hour between 12pm -3pm, subject to host approval and cleaners' flexibility at the time
- Early checkout - no fee. For departures before KeyNest open hours, please contact your host in advance to make alternative arrangements
- Mid stay refresh during long booking $250
- Keys flexibility option $95 for additional set (not incl. carpark) to be requested in advance.
- Key replacement from loss or damage $240
- Call out fee for after 11pm check-in arrangements $60
- Pets - only approved special aid dogs $50
- Cot and highchair - with our compliments
So for the sake of all future guests, any damage, theft neglect or criminal behaviour will incur a replacement cost charge and/or extended cleaning charges, while a non-compliance fine will be immediately charged.
Non-compliance also includes:
No throwing of any items over the balcony or out the windows
No illegal or unethical activities
No invasion of privacy either in this building or the other buildings you can see into.
No pets
No parties
No smoking/vaping in the apartment or on the balconies
No disturbance within the complex
No reckless behaviour in the facilities
No parking in any other bays within the car park
We are all guests in the midst of people`s homes, so please respect through your conduct and by observing the quiet hours.
Any serious breach may result in your stay being terminated and without any refund.
Fines range from $150 to $950. Charges will be according to the cost of repairs, replacement or injury to others.
