This spacious, elegantly furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and ample storage for your belongings. Expansive windows showcase spectacular panoramic views, while the thoughtfully designed interiors combine modern furnishings with stylish décor to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features premium appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, complemented by a stylish dining area perfect for enjoying time with family and friends. The comfortable living area offers plenty of space to relax and includes a Smart TV where you can sign in to your own Netflix profile.
The apartment also features three beautifully appointed bathrooms with sleek, modern fixtures and amenities.
For added convenience, one secure parking space is available within the same building, making this an ideal base for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.
BUILDING FACILITIES
Guests can also access the building’s fitness facilities, subject to completing the required building induction.
Important note: All guests must complete a building induction to access the swimming pool, gym, and other building facilities. Inductions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 PM.
Please note that we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction, and there will be no refund for the availability of the building facilities, which is beyond our control.

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you three days before your stay.
If you arrive outside these hours, don't hesitate to contact our team to arrange an alternative solution. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.
Please return the keys to the convenience store when checking out.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
