Location was good.
The pool was good.
The bedrooms and beds were nice and comfortable.
There was only one working lift so we had to wait a while.
The light in the ensuite didn’t work.
The range hood didn’t work.
The spare blankets under the sofa were a bit dirty.

Nice unit in a great location.
Insufficient supplies and poor response by management to request to rectify.
No concierge and nowhere to leave bags when arriving early or departing late. Recommended service was 30 mins away and bad value.
There are a few minor maintenance issues that need rectifying.

Location and size
There several husbandry issue that were frustrating and made me question the professionalism of the people who ran the show. Especially when you to tell the that the ensuite light is not working and nothing is done about it the whole time we were there. Lounge curtain that had device to lower or rewind. Tapes were loose. Toilet holders loose and not able to hold paper. Third bedroom bed side lamp not working. There were others which left me embarrassed as I was the one who suggested we stay on the property.
