Location in Melbourne CBD, spacious apartment with two bathrooms, free parking.
The apartment keys had to be picked up and dropped off at a convenience store about 800 m from the apartment.

Great views, Netflix and wifi…loved the apartment…pool and gym was a bonus
No tv in main bedroom…queen bed would have been preferred in both rooms…couch was a little hard after a while and a 4 the seat would have been a bonus…

Location to city and facilities was excellent, bathrooms were great with washer/dryer, kitchen facilities were good. Washing powder supplied as well as body wash and shampoo and conditioner which was a nice surprise.
Beds were described as Double and XL but they looked similar size and not XL (in would think super king is XL). Only one set of keys which was a bit annoying when three people staying. No kitchen dish cloths or salt and pepper. Not a lot of toilet rolls for a week long stay.

The location and view were good.
The main bathroom was dirty, and the walls and floor had black spots. The beds and blankets were smelly and not comfortable. Because the property just had one key, it was difficult to access the facilities separately. The washing machin was mentioned as available but not provided the tablet or powder to use. By this quality, it was expensive and not worth it..
