We loved the facilities especially the pool. The beautiful views from our balcony were a highlight with stunning sunrises in the morning & breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our beds were incredibly comfortable which we really appreciated after being out exploring the city everyday.
We were provided with four towels which was enough for everyday use. However since we used the pool twice, we found ourselves needing extra towels. As there wasn't a clothes dryer available, it was difficult to wash & dry them quickly so we ended up buying additional towels in the city. It would be great if a few extra towels could be provided for guests, especially those who are planning to use the pool.

Location was spot on for where we needed to go, loved how quiet it was, the pool and gym facilities were outstanding, everything was simple and easy to use.

Where it was located was fabulous. The pool and gym were great. It backed on to Fawkner park which was beautiful
The apartment was not very clean . The beds were hard. The air fryer could not use . The frypan had rust . I had to buy my own to use

The bathrooms
The unclean floors some sort of powder in the cupboards wasn't ideal with a baby crawling around. The pull out couch/bed was broken a few kitchen doors we're off their hinges. The coffee was unsealed. The linen was dirty/stained one of the pillows had no cover to be found anywhere and the spare Donna was just shoved into a cupboard no care taken at all to keep it looking fresh. The front desk was very unhelpful.
