The Space:
*Our key collection point closes at 10pm on most days, so unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate check-ins after this time.
We have recently transitioned to a new professional cleaning company, and we now provide high-quality linens, towels, and essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. We have also recently installed a new air-conditioning unit in the second bedroom for added comfort. If you require any special arrangements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to assist.*

The apartment was spacious and in a great location for us as our daughter had an internship nearby. It was lovely and exactly like the photo. However, it was difficult to open the guidebook online as the link took me to a page that said it had been removed or was incorrect. I eventually accessed it. Information re: what to do seemed to be in two different places.On arrival day, waiting for the passcode to be sent so I could go to the liquor store opposite the apartment , give the guy there the passcode and pick up the key was unnerving as the code only arrived one hour before check in and I wasn't sure if it would be emailed or found on the website. Similarly, because we checked out very early, we had to leave the keys in the apartment. This required careful planning as we needed the key tab for the elevator, so we needed to exit via the stairwell. Gaining entry and checking out felt a bit like an escape room experience.

There are no dish washing detergent, no dish washing sponge, shampoo bottles in common bathroom are empty. Only one house key provided.
