Gorgeous apartment with all that you need

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and not in the tourist area. Lovely outdoor area too, to use. A supermarket straight opposite and Emilio sorted our late check in and answered all our questions. Estepona had a beautiful old town, with lovely restaurants and bars. The harbour area was not great with themed restaurants like Chinese, Indian and Greek. Which is not what we want when away in another country, that’s has amazing seafood and tapas.

It was not a dislike but would be good to have like an information folder, for all the bits and pieces.

A Very Nice Stay in Estepona in a Great Apartement

The apartment was larger than expected, nicely dealt into sections, two bathrooms much appreciated. Clean, modern and well equipped. Views to the mountains nice from the balcony. The internet was fast, the TV was very good, the location easily accessible, there were stores and cafes nearby. Walking across the town was easy as well. Everything in the flat worked, washing machine, the kitchen and bathroom all were very good. Parking in the basement was well doable, the elevator up to the 5th floor worked well. The host Emilio was super, answered questions quickly, gave important tips on parking spot usage, communication worked very well.

Amazing and modern place to stay

Super clean and modern appartement. Very well equipped kitchen it had everything. Comfortable sofa and nice big smart TV. Bathroom super nice and comfy beds. Great location with super markets close by and 10 min walk to the beach.

Only small problem was the traffic noise from outside so light sleepers should get ear plugs.

Muy buena opción para disfrutar de Estepona y alrededores

Apartamento en urbanización moderna, amplio, con dos habitaciones y dos baños. Una terraza con vistas a la montaña.Muy bien equipado, no hace falta nada. Plaza de garaje. Acceso/salida a Autovía rapidísimo.

Todo genial. Lo único, que la terraza da a una rotonda donde suele haber ruido de tráfico, pero no es mucho problema

Eigenlijk weinig. Het enige wat lastig was, was om het juiste appartementengebouw te vinden bij aankomst.

Heel mooi en ruim appartement in Estepona

De verhuurder kwam de sleutel zelf brengen en liet de parkeerplek in de garage ook zien. Hij was erg behulpzaam. Het appartement is met de lift bereikbaar, heel stil en mooi ingericht. De aparte keuken is goed uitgerust, de woonkamer is riant met de fijne bank, eethoek en giga tv. Het balkon is "dicht", het uitzicht is mooi op de bergen en de rotonde, wat s'avonds verlicht is. De 2 aparte slaapkamers hebben allebei een eigen badkamer, wat ik altijd een luxe vind. De bedden lagen lekker. Het strand en centrum is 15-20 minuten lopen. Wij vonden Estepona erg sfeervol met al die muurschilderingen, met die mooie planten en bloemen, parken en de promenade die ook helemaal naar de haven toe loopt. Mirador del Carmen is daar echt een aanrader. Langs het strand en in de stad zijn er talloze restaurants.

Huurders laten soms bepaalde dingen niet schoon genoeg achter (waterkoker, bestek en beker, wasmachine), dus door de schoonmaakdienst mag het beter gecontroleerd worden.
