Very spacious, clean apartment, ideal for a family.

We stayed here for 3 weeks overvthe Christmas, New Year, 3 Kings period. It was great value for money. The location was excellent, close to beach and old town and plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. The property is very spacious and clean. The host was friendly very amenable about anything we contacted him about. He responded quickly to our requests, with no issues. The neighbours in the apartment block were also very fruendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this apartment. Thankyou 🙂

As others have said it was slightly chilly at times although there was an electric heater and we were offered extra blankets etc. I would like to see some more colour in the furnishings and maybe pictures to make it more homely.

One of the beds was a double, but there were only single duvets in the property.

The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk into the old town. The apartment had recently been renovated. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. We will definitely try to book this apartment again when we return to Estepona.

Zimno zimno zimno

Lokalizacja

Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu 10 dni. Po wejściu do mieszkania za każdym razem mieliśmy 15 stopni. Na całe mieszkanie ok 80m2 jest tylko jeden grzejnik 1500w. Gdy był włączony przez kilka godzin mieliśmy 17 stopni i to tylko w pobliżu grzejnika. Przez to zachorowalismy cała rodziną. Gdy napisaliśmy do właściciela że jest zimno i poprosiliśmy o drugi grzejnik to nas wyśmiał i napisał że to tak jakbyśmy życzyli sobie basen( screen z rozmowy w załączniku). Nie porównujmy basenu do grzejniczka za 20 euro. Nikomu nie polecamy tego miejsca chyba że chcecie marznąć w zimie. W lato pewno nie jest lepiej bo na tyle pokojów nie ma ani jednej klimatyzacji. Zamontowane wentylatory tylko ruszają powietrze dodatkowo je ogrzewając. Nie wspominam już o grzybie w łazience i dziurawej słuchawce pod prysznicem. Okna też były nieszczelne i nie działała roleta w sypialni.

El apartamento se encontraba en muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro histórico y muy cerca de la playa (unos 200metros), además había bares y supermercados alrededor, lo que hacía fácil comprar y comer fuera.

Idealne miejsce dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie :)

Czyste, przyjemne miejsce. Bardzo mili wlasciciele, szybki kontakt. Lokalizacja idealna tuż obok głównego miasteczka z pięknymi uliczkami pełnymi kwiatów - około 300 metrów. Dużo miejsc parkingowych dookoła jednak często zajęte, ale mimo to nam 2/3 razy się udało zaparkować. Tuz obok 2 restauracje ale otwarte do 17 więc nie ma problemu z hałasem. Łóżka wygodne.
