Alma de Estepona junto al mar

The apartment is huge! Two double bedrooms and a twin. Great balcony for people watching in the evening and big enough to have an evening meal even though there is a dining room! It is only minutes from the beach. We have stayed in may apartments round the world and this may be the best yet! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. It is also only 30 metres from a Carrefour City so was handy for food and drinks. Secure underground parking is a two minute walk

Nos quedamos encantados con el espacio, la comodidad y ubicación. Todo estaba muy limpio y bello. Pudimos lavar ropa y eso nos ahorró dinero. El sistema de llave nos resultó muy práctico porque estuvimos diferentes personas con horarios independientes. Y la playa está a dos pasos así que, fue de maravilla.

El único detalle fue que no había elementos de limpieza para barrer, ya que de la olaya siempre se trae arena onpiedritas, no pude barrer los espacios.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The Best location and very comfortable. It was exactly as per pictures and description.

Property was in an excellent location, the kitchen was well equipped and the host was very responsive.

Overall the property was quite dated, and there were several issues which impacted our stay. The bed in the second bedroom was extremely creaky, to the point that every time you rolled over or moved during the night it would wake you up, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning unit in the other bedroom also had an issue, as it constantly dripped onto the floor whenever it was in use. The dripping noise was disruptive and also affected our ability to sleep comfortably. In addition, the back door was broken, and we were instructed to keep it open for the duration of our stay. Although it opened onto an internal courtyard, having to leave the door open made us feel a bit uneasy. There was also a bar nearby that was quite noisy late in to the evening. In addition, a neighbouring property appeared to be undergoing construction work from around 9:00 a.m. each morning, with frequent loud banging and drilling, which was particularly disruptive early in the morning.
