Its biggest advantages were the excellent location in the old part of town and the very helpful owner. Communication was easy, the key collection was well organized, and the owners also gave useful advice about parking. The apartment itself was comfortable, with a very large bathroom, and both the balcony and patio were nice additional advantages. We also appreciated that the owner proactively contacted us when we accidentally left our shoes behind. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.
One small suggestion for the hosts would be to make the house rules feel a little more welcoming. The penalty list at the entrance and the message about a €100 fee for accidentally leaving the keys inside are understandable, but they might create a less friendly first impression for guests.
