Loved estepona but spoilt by trying to get access to the property

Decent location

Received no confirmation from host before arrival therefore could not access the property tried calling the host no answer eventually got text message back but would still not answer phone to give instructions on how to access the property had to wait 3 hours outside with luggage before finally getting a code for the keys

Scam

The property stated they would provide a PIN number to collect the keys from the property upon arrival however when I arrived at the property the PIN code provided in the correspondence was FAKE and when I called the property number I had to wait 30 minutes to then be messaged by WhatsApp claiming I must transfer 150 euro by bank transfer as a security deposit then the manager would meet me to provide the keys. OUTRAGEOUS AND UNDER HAND

Had a comfortable stay, close to the beach. Some bits were missing but I’d say you get what you pay for.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was bright and the aircon was great.

Kitchen amenities were very limited - there was no tea towel to dry cutlery. Bed was not the comfiest.

Everything about the apartment and lication was excellent.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town but not affected by the noise of people and restaurants, Apartment is 3 minutes to the beach and you are spoilt for choices to have breakfast, icecream, lunch and dinner. I LOVED the location and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay and would visit the area again.

The apartment was as described. It was comfortable and cosy. Our visit was booked in order to visit the Old Town and we were not disappointed. We hope to visit the area again and will be looking to book this apartment as it has everything we needed for our stay.

Estepona Old Town is a typical picturesque Spanish town, but to some extent it is spoiled by the modern amorphous hi-rise tourist areas to the south.

Está bien situado cerca de la playa y de los bares y terrazas. Tiene electrodomésticos para pasar uno o varios días. Esta bien cuidado.

Hay que pagar una fianza de 150€ que luego te devuelven. Tienes que encargarte de tirar la basura etc porque si no te incrementan gastos de limpieza. Sólo una toalla grande y desgastada en el baño para ducha y manos.

Lokalizacja obiektu, zupełnie wygrywa. Pełne umeblowanie. Obiekt idealny na szybki city break jak i na bardzo długi pobyt. Dookoła pełno kawiarni, restauracji, barów, parków oraz dwa kroki do plaży i morza. Kontakt z obsługą również bardzo mi się podobał. Dostałam odpowiedź na każde pytanie, a troszkę ich było. Oraz pełną listę restauracji oraz atrakcji dookoła. Zdjęcia są robione dosłownie pod obiektem. Jestem zachwycona!

Prima lokatie maar voor de rest.....

De ligging is prima. In de omschrijving staat: Aan het strand maar dat is niet het geval! Appartement was keurig schoon.

De inrichting. Airco lekte water, en kon niet worden gebruikt. De bank daar kon je niet normaal op zitten, je zakt direct onderuit. De inrichting is oud en oubollig. Het piepkleine aanrechtje staat vol apparatuur. Apparatuur via hangende verlengsnoeren van stroom voorzien. In de badkamer deed maar één lichtje het. Andere lampjes waren stuk. Het bed vond ik niet fijn maar dat is erg persoonlijk natuurlijk

Bruit et poussière

Trop de poussières surtout sous le matelas (j'ai les photos) . Le frigo fait beaucoup de bruits. Impossible de dormir avec ce bruit et l'allergie à la poussière. De plus, pour exiger une caution ,il aurait fallu faire un état des lieux à l’entrée et à la sortie en présence de l’hôte, ce qui n’était pas le cas.

Acogedor, pero algo pequeñín para estancias largas.

Ubicación. Nosotros encontramos la cama cómoda. Nos reubicaron de estudio ya que horas antes de entrar nos dijeron que había un problema en el baño. Al reubicarlos no tuvieron en cuenta que eramos dos adultos y un niño (2 años) y no nos dejaron sábanas para el sofá cama, pero lo comunicamos y solucionaron el problema (alguien se acercó al estudio y nos dejó una bolsa con la ropa de cama colgada en la puerta), es decir que fueron eficientes. Toda la comunicación que tuvimos fue vía WhatsApp. Hay lavadora, tenderete, secador, plancha, televisión con internet...

Era algo pequeño, pero para pasar una o dos noches está bien, para largas estancias yo no lo veo. Parece que tiene poca ventilación ya que el estudio al que nos reubicaron la ventana que tiene daba a un patio interior que es el eje central del edificio y están las escaleras de acceso a las puertas de los demás estudios y/o viviendas y por eso no podías abrir la ventana de par en par ya que te ven las personas que pasen por las escaleras. Poco menaje de cocina, por ejemplo no hay cuchillo de sierra. El sofá cama no parecía cómodo, porque durmió un niño de 2 años y medio, pero para un adulto de complexión fuerte puede parecer poco seguro, ya que al bajar el respaldo del sofá parece que éste se queda flotando (o no supimos nosotros colocarlo bien), pero bueno cómo era para un niño pues éste durmió bien.

No se dejen engañar por la fotos ni si quiera pude dormir sábanas sucia y más antigua no e visto en ningún lugar llevan allí más 5 años por menos te piden depósito pero no se por que una tv casi rota ya baño no funciona ni me duche de verdad que no e visto lugar más sucio almohadas sábanas sucia
