Public parking on the road. Shop 150 m, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 500 m. Children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: SELWO Aventura 9 km. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

As advertised and described. All amenities withen ten minute walk. Quiet residential area, enjoyed watching the dog walking groups, from the comfort of the balcony. Community, friendly feel to the place. Only negative and not a big one, an ironing board wouldnt go amiss.

The property was as advertised. Perfect location to sneak into Old Town, 8 minute walk to all the restaurants. The beach is just another minute beyond that. Also, easy to get on the main highway for a quick trip to Marbella or Gibraltar. Good location!
