Rubbing please avoid

This property not good for you if you are 100 kg and over bed are not comfortable shower very small you can even move order big bed and get to single bed next to each other not good at all as well you need to walk loot of stairs and that not helping at all

Too difficult to access

There was a spa, even though we didn't use it.

Access to room is too difficult: you have to ring the bell (which is nowhere to be found on front door) to enter into hallway and then walk up 2 stairs, then ring another bell to be let inside. Upon leaving room you have to give your room card to reception for some reason.. there's also a back entrance but that one's also difficult. If you have lots of bagage or a baby stroller or wheelchair, then forget about it. Too small bathroom and floor breaking up. Most of the staff does not speak English.

Great location - lovely staff.

The property was situated close to the centre which meant getting out and about to explore was incredibly easy. The rooms were clean and tidy and ours, although being one of the smaller rooms, was absolutely charming and the bed was super comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful. I was concerned about some of the comments regards “thin walls” but we had no issues - granted we may have fallen lucky with quiet neighbours. Thanks Domus Aquae for a great city break.

We didn’t use the wellness & spa suite due to the cost which was a shame as a sauna would have been great if it was either factored into the cost of the accommodation or offered at a lower cost.

Discreta la colazione, ma non vale la spesa in più effettuata per 4 persone, gentilezza comunque da parte dello staff ,stanza carina e di ampia metratura, piscina fredda esterna siccome è inverno, ma 2 jacuzzi a 40 gradi molto comode .

La "struttura" non è un albergo vero e proprio, è un piano di uno stabile, mal servito e mal raggiungibile. Il nostro soggiorno è stato condito dalla mancanza del funzionamento del riscaldamento in camera. Pessimo in tutto.. Lo staff nn all'altezza della situazione

Le séjours très bien sauf cet établissement

Impossible de ce garer avec notre véhicule le parking extérieur payant était plein aucune place alors que nous étions avec un véhicule de collection nous avons décider de louer ailleurs via booking et ne sommes pas resté. Compliqué de joindre au téléphone l'hébergeur nous simplement dit e trouver un autre parking nous sommes donc partis vers un autre établissement très bien. Charge à booking de voir si nous serons remboursés cedont je ne doute pas car c'est la toute première fois que nous serions déçus.

Impossible de se garer et contact téléphonique.

Nous recommandons !

Les chambres sont superbes et confortables. Les équipements sont super, accessibles sur des plages horaires assez larges. Le petit déj était bon même si tout n'était pas disponible. Nous avons réservé un créneau à l'espace spa, c'était très sympa : Tout fonctionnait, il y avait du thé, le linge est fourni, tout avait été préchauffé.

Le seul hic c'est que l'entrée n'est pas très clairement indiquée, nous sommes arrivés par le palier d'en bas, la porte était fermée et la réception n'a pas été facile a contacter. Il faut en fait passer par la rue située au niveau supérieure.

Lo staff non è professionale. Dicono ci sia la reception 24h ma siamo rientrate in orari diversi e la seconda è rimasta fuori senza poter entrare. Non danno la doppia chiave ma poi la notte non aprono.

Es un lugar muy pequeño y costoso para lo que en las fotos refleja.

La vista que tenía la habitación que me toco.

El spa se tenia que pagar, las piscinas estaban cerrada durante la noche, no es nada a lo que en la fotos refleja, para solo ir a dormir esta bien, pasar un weekend no lo recomiendo.

-Hôtel difficile à trouver malgré Google Maps, il est mal indiqué, et l’adresse n’est pas exacte -Pas possible de manger dans la chambre (première fois que je vois ça) nous avons dû insister pour avoir une cuillère. Nous avons eu un sentiment de gêne -Obliger de sonner pour rentrer dans l’hôtel à chaque fois que nous sortons -Un tout petit flacon de gel douche, ça ne suffit pas pour 2 personnes -Une seule tasse de café, 1 seul verre, une seule capsule de café… alors qu’on avait bien réservé pour 2

Juste parfait !

Une expérience tout simplement parfaite ! 😍 Le personnel est adorable, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider. L’hôtel est super bien situé et offre plein de services pratiques. J’ai passé un moment génial et si je reviens dans le coin, c’est sûr, j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ☺️✨

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer top Lage.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her total gut gelegen. Von hier aus kommt man überall hin zu Fuß oder mit den ÖVPS. Dazu hat es auch noch einen Pool im Hinterhof, bei sehr heißen Tagen kann man mal auch im Hotel bleiben.

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, aber von nicht gefallen kann man da nicht sprechen.

Bra läge, men hotellet kan bli bättre

Fina rum. Minibar. Gullig innergård. Det fanns särskilt en mycket tillmötesgående kvinnlig personal som hjälpte oss att fälla ner parasoll (hela innergården var täck av parasoll, både ett stort tältliknande samt mindre över alla bord). Hon styrde om så att vi kunde sitta i solen.

Det var förbjudet att ta in egen dryck/mat till rummet. Rummen var jättefina, men väldigt små. AC:n funkade knappt till en början, men vi fick hjälp med den och då fungerade den som den skulle. Dörren till badrummet var en vikdörr, svår att öppna och stänga. Poolen var ingen "riktig" pool utan som en uppställd pool på innergården. Vi köpte inte frukosten för att den bestod av mest sötsaker, vilket italienarna brukar äta, men kanske inte internationella gäster som bor på hotell. En ur personalen pratade ingen engelska och vägrade till en början att ge oss is för att vi inte fick ha egen dryck på rummet. Vi sa att ACn inte funkade och behövde något kallt, då fick vi is. De glömde min beställning av dryck till innergården, två gånger.

nem reggeliztünk,csak a medencét használtuk,a kert nagyon szép kényelmes kiváló délutáni pihenésre .A szoba kicsi de tiszta jól felszerelt ,kávé tea hűtött víz ingyen.De a minibár sem drága 3 euró egy sör vagy üdítő.Jó helyen van,A KÖZPONTHOZ KÖZEL de mivel Genova dombos kell némi erőfeszítés a megközelítéshez,bár ez az egész városra érvényes.

a medence szép az egész belső kerttel hangulatos,de sajnos kicsit koszos,nyálkás volt a széle és az alja is ,inkább a kerti zuhanyt használtuk ,sajnálatos hogy a két jakuzzi fizetős,ami furcsa mert egész nap be van kapcsolva de így nem használja szinte senki.A szoba jól felszerelt de jól jött volna még pár fogas és akasztó .

Decoração, limpeza, piscina e jacuzzi muito boas, ótimos funcionários. Bom ar condicionado! Quarto bonito e limpo e confortável mas pequeno.

Quarto muito pequeno, apertado, rua inclinada, obrigatoriedade de toca na piscina e jacuzzi. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Acesso um pouco complicado por escada e entrada sem informações ou pessoas na porta do prédio.

Per raggiungere l’ingresso due rampe di scale senza ascensore molto strette e ripide abbiamo chiesto una seconda chiave e ci è stata negata e la colazione bisognava prenotarla la sera prima e pagarla in anticipo mai successo nella mia vita da turista nel mondo poi l’armadio era uno scaffale in ferro con tre ripiani.

La chambre était très propre ! La situation de l'hôtel est très bien car nous sommes à 5 mn à pied de la place Ferrari ! Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute.

Es war sauber und die Lage sehr gut

Ich habe nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Es war kleiner. Erst auf Nachfrage bot man mir an, das gebuchte Zimmer ab dem nächsten Tag. Ich habe dann jedoch abgelehnt, weil mir ein Umzug nicht zusagte. Eine Vergünstigung oder Erstattung bekam ich nicht mit dem Hinweis, dass ich mich an Booking,com wenden muss. Von dort erhielt ich keine Rückantwort. Schwimmbadnutzung und Spa kostet zusätzlich. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng. Insgesamt war das Doppelzimmer sehr eng. Ich kann das Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

In teoria stanza era quadrupla, stanza giusta per una coppia come noi, quindi troppo piccola per 4. Servizi tutti a pagamento, spa, idromassaggio colazione... Cosa che non è chiara dal sito. Mi aspettavo meno upselling e più sostanza nell'offerta. Avrei preferito un prezzo più alto ma con un'offerta più inclusiva. Si arriva con un'aspettativa diversa. Es. Se io vedo in evidenza 'parcheggio' mi aspetto che l'hotel abbia parcheggio privato. Poi magari sono io. Bisogna comunque informarsi bene per capire le condizioni dei vari servizi

Un oasis en medio de la ciudad

Es un hotel con bellas instalaciones! El personal es muy profesional. Gracias a Francesca y Marta por sus deliciosos desayunos!!! Gracias a Michella y Leo por estar siempre disponibles con una sonrisa y ayudarnos en todo El hotel es muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una hermosa estadía. Está muy bien ubicado y cerca de todos los medios públicos para salir a pasear. La piscina, los jacuzzi y el jardín son un oasis en la ciudad. Felicitaciones a Giuseppe y Loredana por tanta dedicación. Seguro que en nuestra próxima estadía en Génova, volveremos a este hotel
