This beautiful fully-equipped 2-bedroom apartment is located on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai's popular landmark, has the BEST VIEW in the building.
It is perfect for family vacations. Available to you are our private BEACH and POOL and fully equipped apartment with kitchen.
You can enjoy the view from 2 balconies. Neighboring our residency is a famous 5-star hotel Zabeel Saray with great restaurants, bars, and cafés, where you have 30% DISCOUNT.
BEDROOM #1: queen bed and a 55-inch UHD Smart-TV as well as a balcony and master bathroom. The balcony has two comfortable chairs and a coffee-table, and, of course, an amazing view on Dubai Marina.
Attached bathroom: a shower and a bathtub, toilet.
Living room: 65-inch UHD Smart-TV, a wifi router with 250mb speed, a dining table, and a SOFA-BED that comfortably sleeps 2. Another (8th) person can sleep on the sofa. It also leads to another balcony with 2 comfortable seats, a coffee table, and an amazing view.
BEDROOM #2: two single beds, 55-inch TV, attached full bathroom.
BEDROOM #3: the maid's room has a single bed with an attached bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with everything you could ever need: dishes, pans and pots, toaster, coffee-machine, dishwasher, cooking stove, oven, etc.
RECEPTION DESK is available 24/7.
Free convenient private underground PARKING.

3. Parties, loud music, or any immoral activities are not allowed.

6. Guests found smoking inside will incur a fine of AED 1300 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
