Shanklin Beach Napier is a 1st floor 2-bedroom purpose-built apartment with panoramic sea and beach views. Situated right on the beach in the popular seaside resort of Shanklin this accommodation has double and twin bedrooms and is ideal for a family seaside holiday. Arranged with the living room/dining room to the front, with open-plan kitchen, a small inner hallway with the bathroom and 2 bedrooms off. With parking to the rear and a balcony style walkway outside the entrance door to take in the views Island Holiday Homes are pleased to present this accommodation to the market new for the 2024 season. Please be aware there are steps accessing the entrance door and 14 steps to the apartment's entrance. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to steps.

We had a lovely holiday exploring the island and the Napier Apartment is in a perfect location.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with several aspects, particularly the cleanliness. The apartment is in need of a Deep Clean. The skirting boards, and around the toilet were very dirty. The kitchen rubbish bin was filthy when we removed the bin liner. The net curtain in the dining area needed a good wash. We couldn't see through it and it was difficult to draw back as a it was hooked up into the rusty wire at the top. The microwave was dirty inside. The wooden table was stained. The insides of the kitchen cupboards needed a thorough wipe.
The other issue was the single beds. They are ideal for children but the mattresses are very thin and really not very comfortable for adults. The double bed is very comfortable. It would be helpful to have bedside lights.
The apartment is adequately equipped but it is small and storage space is limited.
