Sanja, the owner, was very welcoming: She contacted us way ahead of time re check in, and met us personally to help with our luggage (2nd floor), give us the keys, as well as settle us in with useful suggestions about things to do. She also sent us off personally to help with luggages and well wishes. Complimentary car parking downstairs was really handy. The apartment was tip top - like staying in a 5-star high end apartment. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The whole flat was new, tastefully furnished, very clean and tidy, with mood lightings. Kitchen was most well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, delicious coffee, tea and milk, biscuits and little snacks. Its location is just a nice 10 minutes’ walk to Split old town with beautiful architecture and lovely promenade, teeming with tourists. Marjan hill with panoramic views of Split is a relaxing 15 minutes’ walk uphill from apartment.

It’s on 2nd floor, not a problem for us as Sanja helped us with our luggages when we checked in and out.

Immaculate

Beautifully maintained, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores and key attractions. Host was kind to also provide complimentary bread and beverages as well. There were bathrobes and disposable slippers provided as well as toothbrush/toothpaste and it felt like staying in a 5 star hotel. Washing machine and plentiful detergent capsules provided. Air conditioning outlet only in the living room but there is a fan provided in case require in the bedroom. Host is responsive and stays one floor above unit and offered to meet up to show the unit and if any emergency, to just go up and catch her.
