Socket on each bed, albeit dusty surface to put your phone on whilst being charged. Breakfast was okay, would have liked a cheaper room rate and no breakfast option. Two showers in a room of 8, which was nice.

Staff doesn't speak english. Noisy road. Room heated up like crazy, hardly any release despite the opened windows. The fitted sheet didn't fit! Nuisance. The tea water came from the coffee machine and tasted of coffee. No kitchen to prepare food or even make a decent cup of coffee/tea. The staircase was super dirty. I don't know why they don't sweep it once in a while. Elevator didn't work during my stay.

It’s in a lovely architecture and the staff is so nice to help. The room has two bedrooms and very easy to share. The breakfast is fair.

Great stay close to the centre and train station with an amazing staff

Location was excellent, breakfast was good and they refilled everything really quickly. I've never been in a hostel as tidy as this before and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

Nice Town

Bed, pillow, bathroom, shower all good. Beds fairly private but still need earplugs. Had to log into Wifi all the time. Newly renovated rooms and dining room.

Breakfast was minimal and below par with other hostels of the same price.

Very cozy and great location for the price.

The bed was comfortable and there were 2 bathrooms in the shared dorms. The location was just 5 minutes by foot from the centre. Breakfast was free but limited. Very spacious and modern-looking. The places looked new and well preserved. There was a microwave in the kitchen that could be used anytime.

There was no shampoo and towels have an extra cost. Staff doesn't speak much English.

Pas d’équipement dans la chambre / douche sale / lit dur et sans housse de couette, uniquement un drap plat, soucis d’hygiène lorsque le drap plat est trop petit pour le lit / pas de télévision / pas de serviette, tapis de bain, serviette pour les mains / pas de savon / personnel de ménage qui rentre 3 fois dans notre chambre / auberge de jeunesse sans possibilité de restauration / petit déjeuner ridicule

Une belle découverte

Une chambre très confortable ds une auberge de jeunesse ! L extérieur est d une très belle architecture. Nous n avons pas eu la chance de goûter aux bons petits plats du restaurant , il était fermé mais la salle est très belle et nous avons eu un super petit déjeuner. Un très bon moment ds cette auberge. Très bien situé. Merci!

Bien situé, personnel super gentil et disponible

Les fenêtres de la chambre ne fermant pas totalement, il y faisait froid lorsqu'il y avait du vent et énormément de bruit. Résultat 2 nuits très très courtes. Le petit déjeuner était également très succinct, peu de choix et pas de charcuterie contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans les commentaires.

Excelente estadía en Metz

El Hostel una maravilla ! Todo perfecto, todo limpio y tenían chocolate en el desayuno…. Tanto el recepcionista de la noche como la recepcionista de la mañana son muy amable. Quiero agradecerle especialmente a la recepcionista que me dio agua caliente y pude preparar mi té ya que necesitaba llevar algo caliente porque está muy frío. Siempre me ayudó en todo y eso que mi inglés es pésimo pero me entendía jajaja El Hostel una maravilla…todo nuevo, todo funciona excelente y muy limpio. Además excelente ubicación, buen precio y súper tranquilo. Recomiendo a toda la comunidad de Boooking !

Erst ganz gut, beim Frühstück dann der HAMMER!!!

Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Centrum, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt teils Parkplätze in der Nähe oder in 150m Entfernung ist ein Parkplatz. Die recht junge Rezeptionistin beim Check-In war sehr nett und überaus zuvorkommend. Hat mehrmals am Abend nachgefragt ob wir Wünsche, Beschwerden o.ä. hätten, was aber zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht der Fall war. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld wurde im rasch bearbeitet und beantwortet. Das war super.

1. Sauberkeit: Nach genauerer Betrachtung fanden sich Haare an vielen Möbelstücken, im Bad im Sichtbereich ab 1,60m. Drunter war alles sauber, aber je höher man blickte, um so mehr Haare sahen wir. Eine Nacht, ok. Länger nicht. 2. Frühstück: Auf der Internetseite toll beschrieben, aber die Realität hat das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht. Gut, es gab nur Marmelade, Milch, Apfelsaft, ein Kaffeeautomat mit verschiedenen Kaffeetypen, ein Schokoladenautomat und Tee. Croissants und Baguette Abschnitte. Jedoch beim Versuch ein zweites Getränk zu erhalten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass nur ein Getränk inklusive ist und es kein weiteres gäbe. Nun wurden wir durchgehend von der älteren Dame beobachtet, teils mit herablassendem Blick in der Vermutung wir würden uns ein weiteres Getränk genehmigen. Absolut keine Empfehlung für den Service beim Frühstück.

Proche du marché de Noël, chambre individuelle spacieuse, bon petit-déjeuner, poubelles vidées chaque jour, beaucoup de choses très bien, personnel aimable.

On ne peut pas régler le chauffage, j'avais trop chaud. Pas de cuisine ni réfrigérateur.

Ik kwam pas toe om 4 uur in de nacht en het was toch mogelijk om in te checken op dat uur.

De warme chocomelk bij het ontbijt was smaakte totaal niet naar chocomelk, het smaakte naar warm water. Ik ben hier echt niet blij mee.

idéal pour y passer juste une nuit

C'était pour mes parents de 80 ans, ils ont tout apprécié, l'endroit, l'accueil, ils devaient juste y passer une nuit et cela a été satisfaisant pour eux.

Ils ont été étonné de devoir faire leur lit seul :-) ils pensaient que c'était un hôtel mais c'est plus une auberge et ils ont été déçu du petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas grand chose.

Auberge de jeunesse bien située, proche du centre ancien comme de la nouvelle ville. Petit-déjeuner offert, personnel sympathique. Chambre assez grandes avec salle de bain incluse, on a donc un semblant d'intimité.

Rue passante et vivante donc on entend un peu de bruit la nuit. Les employés sont très gentils, mais il manque un peu d'organisation/communication. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et c'est appréciable, mais il est vraiment moyen. Le pain n'est pas frais et le choix est restreint.

Super logement, je recommande à 100%.

Logement très bien situé, en centre-ville et à 10min à pieds de la gare. On peut accéder au logement même très tard dans la nuit car il y a un veilleur à l’accueil. La chambre était très propre, et très confortable. Il y avait également des casiers fermés par des codes pour ranger nos affaires. J’étais dans un dortoir pour 8 filles et nous avions 2 douches et 2 toilettes propres à notre dortoir. C’était également très calme. Le prix était correct et le petit déjeuner était même inclu. Le personnel était très gentil, sympa, disponible.

War ein Reinfall!

Die Lage war rechtzentral, vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen.

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, dafür eine 3fach Mülltrennung, Betten mussten wir selber beziehen. Frühstück na ja, eben französisch, Aufenthaltsräume haben keinen Charme.

Etablissemnt durable propre et agréable

Établissement entierement rénové employant du personnel en situation de handicap. Propreté irreprochable et amabilité du personnel sont au rendez vous. Le petit déjeuner est composé de baguette de pain non industriel et d'un croissant pur beurre (plus café eau jus divers et deux céréales au choix). La deuxième nuit l'établissement affichait complet mais est resté très calme.

Les chambres donnent sur une avenue fréquentée. Il fait chaud et l'air ne circule ni dans les couloirs ni dans les chambres (on ne peut ouvrir les fenêtres qu'en oscilobattant).
