Мало посуду дуже , в нас було поселення на 8 ночей ( був 1 рулончик паперу , не було мусорних пакетів, не було капсул до побутової техніки) , тому оцінка 9

The apartment is very well located, close to the main intercity hubs and the city centre of Kaunas. It is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Perhaps it would be good to have a little bit more cutlery, and that's it. There are no local neighbours in the building, all other apartments are rentals as well.
There is no elevator in the building; be ready to carry your luggage up to the top floor.
