Very complete stay!

It was very clean. Is as shown on the pictures. Host was very kind and attentive. Private parking available. Close to metro (300m) and busstop right in front of door. Kitchen fully equiped. Proper fridge/freezer.

Lift available from 1st floor only. (Not a problem for us) We were short 1 towel, but seen we only stayed for 1 night, this wasn’t a big problem.

Warm, comfy, well-equipped studio

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was very good, especially the shower. The location was excellent, a short walk from the metro station and from local shops, including a big supermarket and a good bakery, as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. It's easy enough to get in to central Paris, just leave enough time. The host was very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The bed was comfortable. There were little extra touches, which were appreciated, like slippers, a candle, even some chairs for the balcony. The parking space is in a secure, underground, car park, which felt safe. There was no noise from the neighbours and not much from the street, the insulation is good.

The parking isn't right on site (which I did know in advance, and I appreciate that it's at a real premium in an urban environment) and there is one flight of stairs before you get to the lift, So these two things combined means that it's not ideal for people who have a lot of luggage; but it's perfect for a short city break without a car.

Nous avons aimé absolument tout . C'est parfait il y a rien a dire de plus, le logement est fonctionnel avec tout les équipements qu'il faut. Il est décoré avec soin, nous reviendrons.

Ne recommande pas...

Très bel agencement et emplacement.

Aucune insonorisation, nous avions l'impression d'être présent a la soiree que donné les voisins, et ce jusqu'à 1h30 du matin... Les WC sur sanibroyeur, en sois habituellement pas un soucis jusqu'au moment où l'on vous dit pas de papiers toilettes dedans, vous avez une poubelle.... Je vous laisse imaginer l'odeur de cette poubelle le matin en se levant...

Buena ubicación

Ubicación, cerca de la boca del metro.

Escalera de caracol para llegar a la primera planta y de ahí coger un ascensor minúsculo para llegar a la planta del piso. Las toallas olían muy mal. Camas muy cómodas y cocina muy completa. Muy buenas vistas y centro comercial en frente para todo lo necesario.

Casa confortevole in ottima posiIone

Posizione eccellente essendo a pochi passi dalla metropolitana che ti collega con tutta Parigi. Inoltre davanti la casa ci sono un sacco di attività commerciali (supermercati, ristoranti, bar, boulangerie). L'appartamento è accogliente e fornito di tutti i comfort. Al ritorno dai giri è piacevole rimanere in casa a riposare.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Sul tavolo davanti al divano era incastrata un po' di polvere e lo spazzolone del bagno non era pulitissimo. Per il resto tutto ok. Il forno poi non funzionava. Continua a rimanere freddo senza scaldarsi e purtroppo non ho potuto utilizzarlo. L'ho comunque segnalato al titolare.

Emplacement très pratique proche d’une station de métro. L’équipement de la cuisine est vraiment très bien et de qualité La vue très agréable en hauteur avec un petit balcon

Dommage que les indications soit données en anglais ! Les mêmes indications en français et en anglais pour les voyageurs étrangers seraient appréciables! À notre arrivée , la poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée du dernier locataire ! Pas de pastille de lave vaisselle disponible et malgré la bonne volonté du propriétaire de trouver des pastilles, celles déposées était des pastilles de lave linge et non de lave vaisselle ! Bruyant, on entendait les voisins le matin

Понравилось все! Уютно, атмосферно и очень красиво! Продумано все до мелочей. Есть ощущение дома, включая удобную кровать, тапочки и много всяких мелочей, таких как свечи, капсулы кофе, сахар и т. п…. Легкое без контактное заселение, подробная инструкция. Очень удобное расположение от центра, в 3 минутах метро и несколько вариантов маршрутов автобусов. Рядом большой торговый центр с Ашан, множество кафе и магазинов. Чувствуется забота о гостях и желание сделать ваше пребывание в Париже максимально комфортным!
