Die Lage ist sehr gut. Eine Metro Station und ein Supermarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Tiefgarage im Keller ist sehr praktisch.
Es ist nicht ganz einfach bei der Anreise in die Wohnung zu kommen. Es gibt mehrere Türen mit Code, bei Problemen kann man aber jemanden anrufen, der einem hilft.

הדירה בבניין חדש. אפשר להיכנס לדירה עם קודים [לבניין, למעלית, לדירה] או עם מפתח שכבר נמצא בפנים אז לא צריך שהמארח יחכה - מאוד מועיל אם מגיעים בשעות מאוחרות. יש חנייה פרטית שזה מאוד מועיל באזור הזה. כל המתקנים בדירה חדשים ונוחים.
בעל הבית לא זמין! הייתה לנו בעיה אישית לפני ההגעה והוא לא ענה בבוקינג או במייל בכלל עד שמצאנו מישהו צרפתי שיתקשר אליו בוואטסאפ וגם אז לקח יום שלם להשיג אותו. הוא החליף קוד לפני ההגעה שהיה שונה מהקוד בהודעה האוטומטית שקיבלנו ולא ענה כדי להגיד לנו שיש קוד חדש לדירה. גם אחריי שהגענו לא היה נייר טואלט וסבון והוא לא ענה יום שלם אז כבר קנינו לבד. מקלחת: זרם המים מאוד חלש ובלילה לא היו מים חמים, הרצפה מחליקה ואחת מאיתנו החליקה במקלחת ונפצעה. הבעיה העיקרית היא המארח, אבל הדירה עצמה טובה סה"כ.
