Visited Paris during the heatwave so it was quite hot, could have done with a fan, however having the balcony was a big help.

The apartment was very clean. Lift access to apartment The location was great, easy access to Metro. Lots of halal places to eat.

The building itself was not clean but apartment was very clean. I felt this is a one bedroom apartment that has been presented as 2 bedrooms. Only one room has a door that closes. There were no locks on the bathroom door which isn’t a major issue but not something we were not comfortable with. There was no ventilation in the apartment apart from the balcony door and the 2 windows (one in the second room and one in kitchen)and because it was on the main road there was a lot of noise so keeping them open was a problem. It was very hot in the apartment and so was difficult to sleep due to the noise if we opened the windows and humidity if we kept them close. I feel this can be overcome by having fans in the apartment. There was no iron in the apartment- though this is not a big issues this is normally a standard at most places. The beds also had cushions rather than pillows which was not comfortable. These are all areas for improvement however we were only there for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The one major issues we had was with having this message : As precised in the listing, the payment of a deposit of 300€ is mandatory to access the apartment. There is no possibility of payment in cash because I do not live on site. This deposit will of course be refunded the day of the check-out. This payment is made ONLY by INSTANT transfer However when we checked out we got this message- I have transferred your deposit (€300) - less tourist tax (€18) => for a total of €282 There was no mention of tourist tax anywhere or that there will be a deduction from our deposit- I feel this is deceptive and unfair and should not be necessary.
