Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage war angenehm, sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden an Bus und Metro. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Man ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Die wohnung ist wunderbar kühl, wenn man von draußen kommt.

Apartamentul este spațios și a fost foarte curat, așa cum și lenjeria de pat era curată. Rieslingurile de la geamuri oferă un plus de confort.
În apropierea apartamentului sunt două supermarket-uri și stația de autobuz, de unde te poți deplasa spre aproape toate obiectivele importante ale Romei.
Zona este destul de liniștită.
La bucătărie lipseau prosoape ( hârtie) de bucătărie, lipsa detergent de vase, iar buretele de vase era folosit.
Tigaia din dotare era uzată ca și celelalte oale. Mașina de cafea pe care ne-a oferit-o prorietarul era veche și degradată.
A fost frig in apartament, caloriferele erau calde între anumite ore și prea puțin peste zi, iar aerul condiționat nu făcea față ca să încălzească întregul apartament.
Un alt minus ar fi husele de protecție pt paturi care sunt pătate.

В першу чергу дуже вдячні за можливість заселитися раніше і за компліменти у вигляді пляшки ігристого та води.
У десяти хвилинах знаходиться громадський транспорт (автобуси та метро)
Апартаменти просторі, компанія з пʼяти осіб вмістилися добре
Дуже зрозуміла і зручна система заселення

Господар був дуже привітний, для тих що перший раз в Римі поради з добиранням і харчуванням дуже пригодяться, для мене важливим була кухня, яка справді має все необхідне для приготування страв, які були б потрібними, також господар, завжди запитує і переживає чи чогось часом не бракує клієнтові це дуже любʼязно з його сторони. Дякую за все
