The apartment was very spacious with all the listed amenities. Very comfortable, internet was fast. Location was nice. it was very close (200 ft) to a bus station (Aurelia) that brings you to Vatican City in 15min. Convenience stores are just nearby. However coming from or going to a metro train station is quite a walk, around 15-20min. Coming from FCO airport or Roma Termini, you will get off at Baldo Degli Ubaldi station and will require walking 20min on an uphill street towards the property. A challenge when you have luggages.
Hot shower: While the 2 bathrooms were spacious, challenge was on hot showers, hot water was spotty. There were several times hot water was not available and you will shower in very chilly water. Also the large metal window in Bathroom A was defective and in danger of falling potentially causing serious accident.
Ongoing construction: During our stay, there was a construction going on directly above our room where they used jackhammer. We could'nt take our afternoon siesta because of the terrible noise they were creating. I believe it was just coincidental.

Good connection to the city centre, spacious and well equipped
Hot water pressure in the shower is very low. Noise coming from outside so if you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed
