If you want a comfortable, clean, spacious, neighbourhood area for a family with a very attentive host this is the place

Very spacious, lovely decor, two bathrooms, large bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen facilities, large living area, easy access to public transport, was nice to be in a locals neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome, good for kids .

Extra towels would have been good, some more supplies like laundry capsules and coffee would have saved us buying more.

The stay was lovely but check-in was very uncomfortable

The place was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were wonderful and responded to our questions right away. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco ❤️

The concierge was slow to respond and a little aggressive in her communication in person. She seemed to be in a rush and pressured me into a few things which I now regret. The other issue was the personal driver was very late to the Airport, didn't have a sign, and didn't help my mother with her bags - and didn't respond to texts. Both the concierge and the driver seemed surprised and annoyed when my mom's flight was delayed even though they had the flight info. As a result check-in was super uncomfortable and not great communication-wise. The rest of the stay was perfect though.

Excellent family long weekend

Location was within 20 mins walk of the Vatican. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Apartment was lovely and had all facilities. You will not realistically find parking in the street and I wouldn't recommend it in any case, Better to park in the parking garage across the road.

Only 1 issue, and its not the fault of the hosts. The city of Rome doesn't allow aircon usage until 21st June and it was quite hot when we were there. Just a suggestion, but maybe the hosts could supply some fans to move air around a bit in the times when its hot and aircons can't be used.

Clean house. spacious house and rooms. Everything required in the kitchen was there. Best was the owners - very helpful, very caring and always available to help.

minor issue was creaking bedroom floors. but wasn’t much of an inconvenience to our kids.

Lovely apartment, it is like home away from home. Comfortable and practical. Paul and Luisa met us and gave us a quick tour anf talked us through the local area. It was so handy and the booklet was very very useful. They helped us get a taxi to the airport too.

We highly recommend this Bnb as it worked very well for us on all counts.

It is a spacious, modern, clean, safe property in a quiet building. There is easy access to everywhere by bus. The host and support team were very responsive and welcoming. I a neat neighborhood that had numerous restaurants, paticeria, grocery store…. including Wellness Gymnasium and bicycle rentals.

The property was a bit far from the historic centre.

Lots of room and comfort in Rome!!

We loved having so much space and privacy which is a rare find in Rome. Paul and Luisa were absolutely amazing to help us with all the local sights and resturants, they also were so easy and quick to respond to any questions that we may have had. The apartment was immaculately clean and there was everything we needed to make it feel like it was our own for 10 days.

There was nothing I didn't like about fantastic apartment.

The property was immaculate!! The owners thought of everything and are so accommodating. My flight was delayed and I was off to a difficult start to my vacation. I was so happy to arrive at such a wonderful place!

The appartment is beautiful, spotless and cozy. The kitchen is well equipted for cooking, two bathrooms with big showers, all very clean. Beds were cozy, every room with tv, living room with a little balcony for enjoying morning coffee and the roman atmosphere. The owners are very nice, they will give all the answers, instructions for everything you would need with your stay, including advices about good food, events, sightseeing, shopping. Little market is a 2 minutes walking from appartment, with good food, cheap vine 😁 and local products. We rally enjoyed our stay and I would recomended this place for everybody.

Well located - easy access to the Rome city centre, Colosseum and the Vatican City by foot and bus. Excellent facilities, very comfortable, very thoughtfully kitted out including an introduction to Rome and interesting spots. Luisa and Paul are wonderful hosts - super hospitable and had anticipated our needs. We were very comfortable and would absolutely recommend it!

The apartment was great. Very spacious and clean with a great terrace. Walking distance to all of the main attractions. Luisa and Paul were such great hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

There is no designated parking for the building. Can park on the street, just need to find an open spot but it's free.

Great apartment!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. There are two bathrooms which are super great. The beds are comfy. It is equipped with all the necessities. The neighborhood is very convenient. There are two supermarkets nearby and a nice coffee place just in the building. It will take 15 minutes of walk to get to the Vatican. The hosts Luisa and Paul are very friendly and welcoming. They left a lot of tips about Rome. With no doubt, I can recommend this place.

It was very clean, tidy and modern. A wonderful place and was in a good location. Also very spacious. All utensils available and everything was very easy to use. Hosts were very helpful and was always available to contact for any questions.

Fantastic accomidations!

This property is spotless and updated. The beds are extremely comfortable! Even the sofa bed was amazing. The location is also great, we were always able to catch the bus or taxi. But the highlight is Luisa and Paul, who went above and beyond as hosts. Thank you for a lovely visit and we hope to return soon!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen werden.

Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nette Personen. Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon sehr regen Kontakt, um alles mögliche zu klären. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich mit einer genauen Einführung. Wir bekamen Unterlagen zum öffentlichen Verkehr (wie kommt man mit welchem Verkehrsmittel wohin), Informationen über Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Tipps zum Weggehen abends. Sie haben uns auch angeboten, jederzeit mit ihnen Kontakt aufzunehmen, wenn wir etwas benötigen. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie zuhause. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden sie immer wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Wohngegend etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die Lage ist jedoch wunderbar, da man mit dem Bus ganz unkompliziert und schnell in die Stadt gelangt und gleichzeitig fernab der Touristenmassen in Rom ist. In der Nähe gibt es viele nette Restaurants und Luisa und Paul haben gern Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen kann. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind für unsere kleine Reisegruppe perfekt, aber oftmals schwer zu finden. Der Kontakt zu Luisa und Paul war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Pflegeprodukte und Spülmittel waren auch vorhanden. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rom reisen, würden wir gern wieder dort wohnen.

Es gibt gar nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
