This is an amazing place with amazing host! Communication and care of Guido before our arrival and during our stay was simply incredible. Transfer from the airport to the apartment was as smooth as it could possibly be (it was arranged by host). Guido met us at the apartment, showed and explained everything, gave us lots of good tips for visiting the city, showed places on the map and even send some recommendations for places to taste real Italian food. The apartment itself is huge, clean and it has absolutely everything that you might need for your short or long stay. Also, it has a nice terrace! Location is perfect - surrounded by local business, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Metro stop is just outside the apartment. Only couple of stops - and you are at the Vatican. Few more stops - and you reach Spanish Steps.

From booking there was excellent communication from the host to advise the location and what to expect. On the day of arrival Guido kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to advise on how to reach the apartment etc. Guido met us at the apartment and showed us around and explained everything well.
The apartment is located very close to the Metro, ground floor, very spacious with large living room dining area. A breakfast bar and large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped of cups, plates wine glasses etc. there is a washing machine and dishwasher and utility room.
Sleeps up to 8, 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite. 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Shower gel and shampoo provided which was a nice touch. There is a large sun terrace which is exclusive to the apartment. There was a cleaning cupboard with cleaning supplies and loo rolls. Towels supplied. An excellent place to stay
The apartment is clean but there were a few things that need a bit more attention . The dishwasher wasn’t very clean and the filter was blocked which we had to clean. The floors hadn’t been mopped as those walking in bare feet ended up with black feet

Spacious. Three bedroom. Three full baths. Air conditioning worked well. Clothes washer in the apartment. Lovely, large private patio. Close to the subway and shopping. Stocked with the basics to get us going. No street noise.
Could use some smaller bowls for breakfast cereal or pasta (bowls were really big).
